The company that serviced us three years ago is no longer in business so I googled and found Precision. I made my decison to call them for help after I read several reviews. I'm not dissappointed in my choice. The service tech John was great in diagnosing the problem and was able to replace the springs and put in a new gear and sproket on the opener. The total time to repair my door was only an hour. I will definitely call them if the need arises.

the technicians were excellent they knew right away what the problem was . the professionalism and the job was done in a timely manner with the area left clean. Mr. Tsangarinos and his partner (sorry I don't remember his name although it was given) were both courteous and professional. He called prior to arrival and fully explained what was needed and the cost of the repair. This is the second time I have used Precision for my garage door and will do so again as the need arises.
