Precision came out the same day I called. They post pictures of their repairmen for your safety. The person they sent arrived on time with a call ahead. Unfortunately I was not in a position to install a new system at this time. However he provided me a temporary fix enabling me to buy some time before I had to replace everything. I was very pleased with their service

Having trouble with the present door opener for 20' door that had to be built out, called you for the job but was not something your company did. Unfortunately the gentleman that did do the job was just okay as later we started discovering. Travis from your company, as usual, looked all the work over because when he arrived everything was working again. But underneath there was alot not right,. just awaiting to stop again. He worked long and hard to fix and replace all that was wrong and get us both safe and secure knowing the door would open and close. Thank you for a great job.

Precision Door is the best company in my opinion. Their communication is excellent, employees are professional, courteous and knowledgable and their pricing is fair. Travis evaluated our garage door and parts and gave us 3 different quotes. It was nice to have a choice! He completed the work in an expert manner and even adjusted the opener belt for no extra charge. He was able to repair the track instead of replace, so that saved us some money too. We are glad we called Precision for our garage door problem. Sunday morning we realized that one of the cables 'snapped' apart. The garage door was unable to be opened. We were given a repair window time of 2pm - 5pm (Sunday)and at 3:15pm received a call from Travis, the technician, telling us he would be here in 20 minutes...and exactly 20 minutes he showed up. He assessed the situation and pointed out to us that the movable parts of the door were in extremely bad shape (not surprised after 25 years of use!). He showed us the parts that were in poor condition. He gave us the option of just replacing the cables or the movable parts. Of course, to avoid any future costs, I chose the latter. In short, Travis did a terrific job and explained everything he had done. The price was right and so was the warranty. I recommend Precision to anyone who has a problem with their garage door. In addition, as advertised, they do not charge extra for weekend service calls. Good Job Travis!!!!!

Travis was great. Arrived earlier than we expected, phone before arriving. Pleasant, respectful, and use his mask during the entire process. About2002 I installed Miami-Dade grade windows and doors in my house. I was of course particularly concerned about the garage door inasmuch as that is the largest opening to the house. Precision Door sold and installed an extremely effective door. In 2021 a spring on the door broke. I ended up having the springs, rollers, bearings, and the door opener replaced. It was expensive but the door now works better than it did when first installed. I rusted your technician's analysis and proposed solutions, never feeling that I was being taken advantage of. The refurbisshed syste comes with a 7 year warrenty. I only had 2 or 3 service calls in the original system between 2007 and 2021 so I'm pretty sure the refurbished system will last far more longer than 7 years.

I had a new spring and door opener install several weeks ago by Mike Fanning. He was very professional, hard working and did a great job. Last week I heard a clanging sound that wasn't there when Mike left. I called and was immediately given a date and time. ( next day). Travis called and then arrived shortly thereafter.
