LOVE, LOVE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR COMPANY. ESPECIALLY THAT YOU HAVE PICTURES OF THE EMPLOYEES. GREAT SERVICE. MY SERVICEMAN (CHRIS) WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO FIX MY BROKEN DOOR. HE REPLACED THE RUBBER GASKET ON THE BASE OF THE DOOR. THE CHALLENGE WAS THAT I HAD HIT THE DOOR WITH MY CAR AND THE BASE WAS IN AN UNSTATELY MESS. i RECOMMEND PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE TO EVERYONE. I'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS. AT ONE TIME THEY EVEN REPLACED THE SPRING.

I have always used Precision for all of my garage needs. They have always been prompt and if they give you a time frame they are always accurate. Mr. Timothy Vaughn came out today and installed a damaged circuit board. He was very professional and courteous. Our installation technician was Jesus Echevarria who was polite, efficient & through. He removed the old door and hardware, cleaned everything up and did a great job installing the new door and hardware giving me a rundown on it's function and lubrication requirements. The cost and quality was very good and being a cheep old DYI guy I'm quite satisfied with Precision and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Our old garage door opener used to squeak and strain going up and down. It finally just quit working all together. Zack from Precision Overhead Door replaced the springs and put in a new lifter. He did a great job, and even explained how to program the remotes with my wife's car. He was very professional and polite. Thanks so much for taking care of us!

Technician arrived as scheduled- very friendly and polite - wore a mask. This was just a maintenance call and check up. He inspected everything and then showed me what he was going to do. He lubricated all rollers, hinges and springs and gave me a spray can of the lubricant for future use. He did not try to up sell me. Very pleased with the service and technician. Would recommend this company and technician.

Our garage door, opener, and spring system were about 30 years old. The spring broke and the rollers plus some bushing/bearings were showing age. In the past, we had used a different garage door company with limited success so, based on TV advertising, we call Precision. After talking with Precision, we made an appointment for the next day, Kevin, our technician, arrived on time, diagnosed the issues, and gave us several options & price points. We agreed on a middle-priced level. The spring replacements, roller replacements, and additional work took an approx. .5 hours. After completion, everything worked as new. Kevin explained what he did, why he did it, and proper maintenance. For the work done and the parts replaced, the cost was nominal & acceptable. My wife and I are pleased with the competence of our tech, the quality of the parts, and the professionalism of the repair. We have no qualms recommending Precision.

We had heard about Precision on radio commercials by Mason Dixon on Oldies 105 so thought we would give them a call when the spring broke on our garage door. Naturally it was a weekend but they came out on Sunday within a couple hours to do the repairs. Chris Johnson was our tech and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced both springs and our bad track rollers very quickly. If we ever have any further issues with our garage door we will definitely give Precision our business!

I had no idea what to expect when I had to call for service on my garage door that would not open nor did I know who I should call, I'm so leery of being taken advantage of. I remembered the commercial jingle so I looked Precision Door up and after seeing all the reviews I started feeling more comfortable. The tech that came was Jimmy Johnson. He was very courteous and introduced himself right away and also looked very professional and had his mask on. He came in and identified the problem right away and took care of it immediately. I could not have been more pleased at the whole experience. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone who asks!!!

Austin did a wonderful job + would highly recommend his work. Thought the price for less than 2 Hrs labor with only a 2x6 purchased was quite high ( $550) but did same day service.

I had some miscommunication between "Corporate" (I suspect) and the office in Clearwater, FL because I was given prices for what I was requesting to be repaired, and when the final estimate came in from the technician was $1900. Disregarding the add-ons, the price for replacing just the springs was still not anywhere near what I was originally told (by corporate?). The price for just the spring replacement was not what I was interested in and I stated thank you, but no. The tech later gave me a lower price for installing the two springs to be replaced. He said that was as low as he could do, that it was at cost. I then asked about the veteran's discount which corporate said Precision gave and I also stated that I printed out a $15 discount coupon to be used if I did have Precision do the work. Initially, I was told that I couldn't get that because the last lower cost estimate was at cost to the company. Reluctantly, I agreed to the $320 lower price just to get the work done and not have to get other estimates. Craig did the replacement; when I went into the garage after a while the garage door was open and Craig I guessed was in his truck. It was a while before Craig returned and he then stated that he had spoken to his manager and was allowed to offer me an even a lower price from the original $320 (down to $274). Not hesitating, I accepted the reasonable offer and am quite satisfied with the work completed and the workmanship, professionalism, and Craig's profuse apologies for the discrepancies that arose. I told him not to worry about it, that he was just the messenger and doing his job and did it well and timely. Thank you Craig and to the General Manage in the Clearwater, FL office.
