I CALLED PRECISION GARAGE DOOR ON 7/22/2018 PROBLEM WITH DOOR STUCK IN UP POSITION THEY SAID TECH WOULD CALL BETWEEN 12:00 AND 4:00.ABOUT 20 MIN.LATER BRIAN HARMON CALLED SAID HE WOULD BE HERE ABOUT 40 MIN. HE EVALUATED SYSTEM AND CHARGED ME $49.99 SERVICE CALL.CHECKED AND CLEANED HE SAID MAY LAST OR POSSIBLE MAY NEED NEW UNIT. BRIAN WAS PROFESSIONAL HONEST AND FAIR.I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY AND BRIAN 7 STARS.BOB HERTZBERG 12324 STREAMBED DR.RIVERVIEW FL.33579.THANK YOU.

Carlos Morales and his assistant installed a new garage door opener and replaced the springs. They both were very knowlegable of their products and their work performance was excellent. Carlos pointed out that the installed springs were the incorrect size. Once the new ones were installed and I could see the difference in the performance of the garage door itself it was evident that I was provied the correct information. Precision will be my service agent as long as I have a garage door opener

Mike was terrific. He came earlier than expected, showed me what had happened with the old garage door opener and installed a new one. He tightened the springs on my garage door, and it is AMAZING how quiet it is! I opted to put a keypad in, and I am extremely happy with the outcome. A+ on service and quality!

Outstanding service! Within a few hours from my call, there was a service man at my home. Matthew Cipolla was the technician who solved all my garage door problems. We needed hinges replaced, springs, reinforcement brackets, reinforcement strut, and a new bottom seal. Matt reviewed the cost of repairs with me and all parts were with him in a fully stocked van. I highly recommend Precision, their technician was thorough and explained everything. Thank you !

He billed my only for the work needed to correct my issue but offered me instruction on use of my system and preventative information that were worth his visit alone. Kevin did a great job on the installation of the opener. I was not happy with the wall controller that was installed. my old one you were able to lock the system including the controller on the door,, if I had know I would not be able to with this product I most likely look at other openers.

I needed to have my garage door fixed quickly so I could get my car out of the garage. I found the service to be excellent. The technician was very professional and explained the repair options and allowed me to choose what I wanted done. Repairs done quickly and garage was left near and tidy.

price way to high I only had you repair because I needed my car out. I would not recommend for any other work. bearings were said to be bad but I inspected old bearings after he replaced them nothing wrong with old bearings. price about 75 percent to high, springs price about 50 percent to high. just my opinion

Quick service! The evening of the day I called to request an estimate on repairing my garage door panel their was a person there to give me the quote. Everyone worked around my schedule so I wouldn't have to miss a meeting I needed to attend. The work was done a day ahead of schedule and everything was left neat and tidy. Word to the wise - open your garage door before you back out!
