We had a garage door emergency on Labor Day and I called Precision (being a first time customer). I believe I spoke with Chelsea who was very polite and friendly. Our appointment was scheduled to be about 4-6 hours from when I called. We were lucky enough to have Mike Fanning as our technician. Mike was very professional, friendly, and got our garage door back operating better than ever in about 1 hour. I actually thought it would take another visit to get it repaired. Mike took the time to show me how to do some routine maintenance, answered ALL my questions and left with our garage looking like he was never there. Definitely consider Precision our garage door service company. Very pleased!

When our garage doors stopped functioning I needed to find a reliable company to take a look. And of course, this happened the night before the start of the Labor Day holiday weekend. Although these doors are on our house, they are very tall commercial grade doors which require more expertise to repair. Very impressed with the responsiveness; professionalism of the customer service and repair teams; details of the various options available depending on my objectives; the repair itself; and the follow-up after the job was complete. Because we plan on this being our "forever home", we opted to replace the motors and majority of moving parts as opposed to patching. Doors work wonderfully and the cost was reasonable. Thanks so much to our technician John!

Brian came out the afternoon of calling. He took the time to explain a repair or replace option. We chose to replace our 15 yr old opener and spring mechanism. He had everything on hand and completed the install within 2 hours. We now have whisper smooth operation. Great job!!

My daughter used your services in the past year & was very happy with your work & service thus why I called you. I was surprised at getting an appointment the next day seeing as it wasn't an emergency, just afraid the bracket would break all the way & possibly having the door fall on my car. Its hard to pick from the service & products because other than buying a new door which was in good shape, everything else was purchased & rebuilt. There was no way to click on everything that was purchased. The technician Christian Walker called when he was on his way. He inspected & explained everything in a way I could understand. I have never ever has such perfect customer service from a company. I met two installer/tecnicians. Both were great. I know that the product is right for me, that I learned everything about my new product, and got terrific value! Thank you, I wish your service was universal through out the service industry. Teach some classes! First I was offered a check to see if it just needed repair. Well no, not after 23 years. I am happy and very content with service and products. Quoted a price, for replacing a broken spring, and when the technician showed up the price was tripled! Would not recommend this Company.

I have used Precision Door Service for about 20 years. Needing to replace a very old door opener, of course I called Precision again. I called and was given a choice of appointment times including that day if I chose. The service man actually called and was able to come earlier than my time slot if it was convenient. He explained my options and installed my new opener and explained the functions. I was pleased with his efficiency and the overall experience with Precision. young man did a great job..... knowing the price of everything has gone up and have been in the AC service business, i am aware of the need to mark up parts, i was surprised by the cost of bearings.... that said, i understand that the mark up pays a lot of your overhead. i do not question your billing and appreciate the ability to help me out today.

I was able to get an appointment for a yearly tune-up in less than 24 hours, although I did not have an emergency. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an e-mail confirming the appointment and informing me in advance of which technician had been assigned (photo included!). I received a courtesy call prior to the arrival of the technician. With my permission, the technician (Mike) arrived EARLY! Mike was professional and followed CDC guidelines. He finished the job in a timely manner, explained to me what was done, and gave me tips regarding preventative maintenance between yearly tune-ups. I was a 1st time customer, and I will be a returning customer.
