Installation was prompt an efficient, happy with the door, unfortunately the operator short circuited the first time we tried to close the door. It was an old operator, so I called the installer who had just left and he arranged for a technician to come this evening. Hope he is bringing a new operstor with him.

I don't usually comment on my customer service from various vendors, but I have to say, this company has it's act together. We had a problem with an existing garage door that Precision installed for the prior owner of our condo unit. The appointment was set up for same day service and the technician who arrived at our home, Chris, did an excellent job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
