You salesman that came out sold us on the door opener. Being able to see how the door would look an operate on of his van was amazing. Our old garage door you could hear open an close in the entire house. This new one is so quiet you have to look to make sure it's closed. Awesome!! Your installation tech was also amazing an polite. When the main spring broke on our garage door this morning about 10:30am, I called Precision, a company we had used before with great results. Their man, Brian Harmon, was at our house by 12 Noon. He explained why the spring had eventually broken and not only replaced it in a matter of less that two hours, but also did a very thorough job of doing a little preventive maintenance on our other door--no charge there. He left me with a new can of lubrication and showed me where to use it periodically on the proper parts of the door. Brian was an incredibly courteous and pleasant young man to speak with and he kept me up to date on what he was doing at all times. He is a great representative of a company that we have used for almost fifteen years. I would recommend them both to anyone with a garage door problem.

Josh was very friendly from the contact call previous to arriving, once he made to my house he just kept being pleasant and demonstrating knowledge, checked for damages to my garage's door, presented me with a quote and started repairs right away, my wife arrived and asked him many questions to which he responded with the right tone and with attitude. Derek was also very professional and took ownership of situation when service could not be done yesterday evening as I needed due to time of day, he offered waiving of service fee which I thank him, regardless of cost of repairs performed. You guys really take it upon yourselves to assist customers

When I made the appointment, we were very please that the girl waived the service fee charge to come out for an estimate due to a coupon she found. They say free estimate but that’s only if you accept the quote and get service done. No service, you pay a fee for them to come out to you. So technically, no free estimate. The tech came to our home right on time. He was friendly and informative. Although he started mentioning repairs we didn't even think we needed, but what do we know about garage doors? He quoted us an estimate way higher than expected, I’m assuming due to the extra repairs. We declined service and thanked him. He told us he needed to collect a service fee. We explained that when I made the appointment, the fee was waved, otherwise I wouldn’t of made the appointment. The tech told us how he collects the fee and the fee wasn’t supposed to be waved and shouldn’t have been waved. I called the company. They got it cleared up and told the tech not to collect the fee. We could tell the tech was annoyed. Not at us, but by the appointment maker. He apologized and explained again how they aren’t supposed to do that. I felt bad but that’s what I was told, therefore I’m not paying. We are going to search other companies. Seems their communication or something isn’t right. The whole visit just felt off which is another reason we declined.

I was told on the phone that two garage door springs would cost between $68 & $118 each installed. I wanted to do this job myself but my wife thought we should have it done. The two springs were $120 each, slightly above the max. quoted. Then we were charged $60 for a center bearing which can be bought for $12 to $20 on line. Fuel/energy surcharge of $20 after I asked if this was the closest location available! The technician was professional and easy to work with. He did the work efficiently and is congenial. All in all I wish I had ordered the parts and done the work myself. I could have bought more parts than were used and saved two thirds of the $316.00 I paid. Live and learn.

I was very pleased with the service I received on July 27. I called that morning, hoping to set an appointment, and the operator suggested that the technicians could come out later today. A complete overall of my garage door system was done in about 90 minutes, with two competent fellows making the necessary upgrades. The door operates in a silent fashion, like I have never experienced before. I am happy not to have to operate the door manually as I have for the past year or so.

We would highly recommended PRECISION to anyone. Our garage door springs broke on a Monday late afternoon. I said to my husband lets call PRECISION and he said there was another company he wanted me to contact. So early on Tuesday I connected the other company and they said they would have someone out by Friday plus gave no time. This was unexceptable to me because my vehicle was going to be a prisoner for almost a week plus not being able to have full access. So, on Wednesday I advised my Hub that I was dialing PRECISION and from the moment the conversation started I knew this was the right company. A time frame was set up for Thursday afternoon. I also had the name of the Tech who would be responding. Then on Thursday got a call inquiring there was a Tech avaliable to respond sooner. Great! The Tech arrived by the name of KEITH and he was very pleasant and easy to work with. Keith did a full check of our system and found one other problem in addition to the broken springs. Never did he try to push any additional product. Gave a choice in products. If we have a problem we woud call for Keith again. All in all we highly recommend PRECISION.
