Very pleased with our experience with Precision. Came home from a trip, and pushed the button to open the garage, and no joy. Broke a spring Called Precision, was told someone would call back between 2 and 6pm. Bryan called at 2:15, saying he was 10 minutes away, and would call when he arrived. After surveying the issue, he came back with a list of things that should be done. We fixed the immediate problem, and have pricing on the remaining maintenance items. More than we wanted to spend (not saying they're more expensive than anyone else. We had a car stuck in the garage, and needed it out), but they showed up and fixed the issue in less than three hours after my initial call. Very straightforward, no bullshit, and didn't try to up-sell. I highly recommend them. We will be calling them back for the remaining maintenance items.

I have seen commercials for Precision Doors and felt comfortable calling them for my garage door needs. They did not disappoint! The serviceman, Matthew Leto that came to our home was very neat and clean and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He explained in detail to my husband and I what he was going to do. Matthew Leto was kind and well spoken and we rate him 5 stars. We will definitely recommend Precision to our family and friends. Thank you.

Precision Door Service is no less than a 5 ??????????Company. They have been on target both times I used their services for my garage door which sounded like a bulldozer. After the motor was replaced, it is smooth, soft, and simple to use. I have been very fortunate for the prompt responses and guaranteed satisfaction. I advise you to give them a try. No regrets. .

Keith provided excellent service for my garage door repair! He immediately assessed the problem, performed a thorough inspection, and tested the functioning of all the garage door parts. He discussed his recommendations in a professional and knowledgeable manner, showed me the areas of concern, and presented several options for repair. His repair addressed several areas of my garage door's operation, and the improvement is very noticeable in a smoother and more stable motion. Upon finishing, he also reminded me that Precision is available 24/7 all year long for any possible problems or emergencies that should arise. I would not hesitate to recommend - 5 stars!!

Right on time. Excellent service and very friendly repairman. Company had the proper part on the truck and did not need to make additional trips to complete the repair. However, that being said, I have requested a email receipt and have not received one as of this time.

We had a new Garage Door installed on August 7. We love it, it looks great, it is better insulated and much more quiet than our old door. It is also higher rated for wind. Julie was very knowledgeable when she came out to give us and estimate on what a new door would cost. Our installer was also very professional and went to work and didn't stop till it was done.
