Precision originally was called to replace a spring. Matt did a great job. However, he noticed the end plate bearings needed to be replaced. The door was already apart and the end plate bearings took only 5 minutes to replace. They charged $180 to replace the end plate bearings, in addition to the labor for the springs. The end plate bearings only cost about $15/pair retail.

Everything about my service was great. My garage door needed to be repaired and I had never had this done before. After doing a little research I scheduled an appointment with Precision. I needn't have worried because everything went great. The guys showed up on time, were very friendly and explained the entire process to me as they went along. They showed me how to use all the features and even how to open the garage door in the event of a power outage. They even gave me a discount on one of the services. Overall it could not have gone better. I'm glad I got it done and I could not be happier with my new garage door opener. Who knew it could be so quiet! Thank you again.

Your engineer arrived early which was great. He fitted new bearings and two new springs to my double door and gave my single door a check over. He also applied lube to both doors, even the one he did not service. He then left me a new spray can of lube so I can keep it running efficiently. He was very polite, enjoyed conversation and all in all I am very impressed with the service and would recommend your company to everybody that has a garage door need.

Just like their commercial on TV, this company is the real deal! When we had our garage door issue at 9AM in the morning we called the local company we have always dealt with. Anxiously waiting for a call back, never to receive one! Remembering the TV commercial, we gave Precision Garage Door a call and from that very moment we knew we were in the right hands. The Customer Service Department (Britney) did answer the phone and explained the repair procedure explicitly. She gave us a window repair time and said they would call should they have an earlier slot, which they did. Our service tech was Chad, who was a very polite, courtesy and fully knowledgeable in his craft. He did the repair and instructed us on future preventative maintenance tips as well. I manage a few large commercial buildings with overhead doors as part of my job description, guess who I’m going to call next time we have a garage door problem? A very organized, professional company and wonderful to deal with! By the way, 24 hours later and the first garage door company still has not returned my call!

I called Precision Overhead Garage Door on Thursday night and they scheduled an appt for me for the very next day, which was a blessing as we were not able to use our garage door at all due to a broken spring. They sent a wonderful man by the name of James. He was the nicest guy, he explained everything to me so I would completely understand. I felt like I had known him forever. When the main spring broke on our garage door this morning about 10:30am, I called Precision, a company we had used before with great results. Their man, Brian Harmon, was at our house by 12 Noon. He explained why the spring had eventually broken and not only replaced it in a matter of less that two hours, but also did a very thorough job of doing a little preventive maintenance on our other door--no charge there. He left me with a new can of lubrication and showed me where to use it periodically on the proper parts of the door. Brian was an incredibly courteous and pleasant young man to speak with and he kept me up to date on what he was doing at all times. He is a great representative of a company that we have used for almost fifteen years. I would recommend them both to anyone with a garage door problem.

Josh was very friendly from the contact call previous to arriving, once he made to my house he just kept being pleasant and demonstrating knowledge, checked for damages to my garage's door, presented me with a quote and started repairs right away, my wife arrived and asked him many questions to which he responded with the right tone and with attitude. Derek was also very professional and took ownership of situation when service could not be done yesterday evening as I needed due to time of day, he offered waiving of service fee which I thank him, regardless of cost of repairs performed.
