Our service today was in response to a previous repair. We had the bottom seal replaced on our door in November & it came loose and part of it shredded & stopped the door from closing. You responded in one day's time and replaced the seal at no charge. We are very satisfied with the work and the quick response. We would certainly call you again in the future!!

We called about noon today. They said the technician would be at the house between 4 and 6pm. The technician,James, after calling about 20 minutes before, arrived at around 5:00. After examining the system, he explained what we needed and the cost. He installed the new parts, explained the system to us and even help program my car. He was done a little after 7pm. We are very impressed with the service.

We were lookin for a 24 hour service to fix our garage door, which wouldn't close. We were not disappointed with the quality of service we received in fact we were delighted. We have been anticipating purchasing a new garage door, and received a very satisfactory quote from your technician. We look forward to using your company and will definitely recommend you.

I specifically requested Craig Earle because he did my servicing back in 2009. His skills, expertise, and overall job knowledge are "off the charts" because he is so good in all aspects of his job, and he took a lot of extra time with me as well explaining everything he did from installing the new Linear motor, to replacing belts, rollers, bearing plates, working my new remotes, etc. I've worked in customer service as the Executive Assistant in Hospital Administration for 35+ years now, and Craig's polite and courteous demeanor, as well as his professional customer service skills are among the best I've ever seen. I will most definitely recommend Craig and your company to my friends, neighbors and co-workers! Please be sure Craig receives my sincere thanks to him for a job "more than well done"! Thank you kindly! Sincerely, Judy Brown One more thing I would like to add. The young ladies in your local office here in St. Pete (727-524-0001) were also very kind, courteous and professional over the phone in helping me schedule my appointment and reconfirm it as well.

My garage door broke and I need it replaced today. Doug Naparono our service technician called and asked if he could arrive before our scheduled appointment time. Of course this was very unusual, in most cases the technicians arrive late, this was a first. My main concern with this garage door opener was the noise level when opening and closing the garage door. Well let me tell you, I am impressed this thing is whisper quiet(not kidding). I would highly recommend Precision Doors and I will use them for all of my garage door repair needs. And perhaps the most important thing is Doug Naporano was professional, considerate, and finished on time. Honestly Doug is the guy you want coming to your home if you need repairs or replacements for your garage door.

I was greatly satisfied with the job over all.The pricing was middle of the road and they make it easy to cover it.All the parts were right there in the truck and there was no waste of time waiting for parts. Mike knew what was needed and after explaining what it was went ahead and finished job promptly. Yes! I will recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door parts, they are tha best in my book. I was very satisfied with the service obtained from the technician. He did introduce himself but I am no good at remembering names. He answered all of my questions and made suggestions for some things to be done in the future. I would use this company again if needed.

Precision was the first company to return my calls for intial garage door repair in 2013; since the company installed the system, it made sense to call for issues that I experienced 29 Mar 2014 The technician was friendly, appropriate and knowledgable and reviewed all work performed.
