I am very pleased with the workmanship of both Craig Earle and Ryan ___ who repaired my garage door. They were professional, extremely knowledgable on the product, and helpful with information. They were able to do the repairs in a small amount of time and I was able to move forward with getting my garage sale in order for Saturday. I do need to know about the lubricants for the door, white lithium is used on what parts of the door and WD40 is used on what parts of the door. I thought I wrote it down well, but not well enough to understand. I will recommend your company and staff to anyone needing your services. My husband and I had seen Precision commercials on TV, so my husband is the one who told me to give you guys a call. We did like that your company had certified technicians and that you were full insured. We had both of the torsion springs on the garage door replaced since one of the springs broken in half. The technician that came out was very polite and professional. He arrived on time, earlier than scheduled, which was fantastic. He did a great job and got our garage back in working order. I would most definitely consider using Precision again and would love to work with the same technician.

Our double garage door's spring broke trapping our car. My wife had just given up driving and we sold the 2nd car giving us backup. Tom arrived within the schedule time and assessed the problem, gave us an estimate and time. He immediately proceeded to fix the spring and overhaul both doors at our request. We found Tom efficient and courteous. The elderly mother-in-law was in the hospital and was being discharged making the repair urgent. Next year we will be scheduling a service call.

james gave price on the springs that I requested and noted that I needed rollers and hubs but did not pressure me to get them. I decided to have the hubs and rollers replaced. james was very courteous and explained everything upfront and supplied costs before the work was started. I used Precision for a repair to my current Genie garage door opener. Ed, and his teammate, were scheduled to be here between 4p-6p (Thank you for not giving your customers a 4-6 hour window to be sitting and waiting!!!) and they arrived shortly after 4pm. They were both very thorough with the work that needed to be done and they took the time to explain the repair to me. During the repair, the called me out to explain to me what was being done and then again when the job was finished. The two of them had the BEST attitudes!!!! Very friendly and funny too. That made me, as the customer, feel very much at ease with them both. I will recommend Precision to all my friends/family who may need new equipment or who may need a repair. The Service technician James Rodey arrived ontime and within minutes he installed and programmed a remote keypad and extra car remote That I ordered. While he was testing the remotes he noticed that the opener's chain tension was a little too tight and a door trolley was sticking. He took the time to adjust the chain and lubricate the trolleys while explaining the normal homeowner maintenance I should follow. He went the extra mile and the door operates perfectly. James' level of service is a positive reflection of the company's commitment to its customers
