Ryan was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions which were considerable. The repair of the door and opener were done in a timely manner. He even answered my questions about preventive maintenance to keep the door and opener in top working condition. It was a very positive experience.

I called at 4:15pm on Thanksgiving Eve with a door stuck halfway open. Was told a tech would be there between 5-7pm. Mike arrived at precisely 5:00pm.He immediately went to work to access the problem.Once he finished he explained the options. I told him to fix everything, to give the entire unit a going over regardless of price. What an awesome technician. He knew exactly what he was doing and within an hour my door was going up and down quiet as a mouse. I had made calls to two other companies before Precision and was told they could not get to me before Friday, what a joke. I will make everyone I know aware of my great experience with your company. Thank you so very much.
