This gentleman was excellent. He called and asked if he could come EARLIER than the scheduled time. He quickly found the reason why the one side was closing incorrectly and also intalled a new outside key pad.He was friendly and knowlegeable. Your company installed these new doors a few months ago. I called after hearing the commercial on WFLA talk radio 970 AM.I would not hesitate to refer a friend to your company after the excellent service you have demonstrated.

We had our garage door repaired. The wheel fell off the track. I called and spoke to a very friendly person who answered all my questions and set-up my appointment. I chose Precision based on a very informative website and the fact weekend appointments were not an extra charge. I was very pleased with the technician assigned my call, Doug Naporano. Due to a heavy Sunday call overload Doug was running later than scheduled and was quick to apologize for the delay. His courteous and friendly demeanor more than made up for the delay. Once Doug completed a visual inspection of the problems with my door he presented an estimate and thoroughly answered each and every question I had regarding the proposed repairs. Despite my service call being his last of probably a very exhaustive day for him, Doug treated my call as if it was his first of the day in a very professional cordial manner. I was very pleased with Doug's work, attention to detail and will consider Precision for future repairs.
