This is the 3rd time we have had garage door service from Precision. Our service technician James was courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. He presented options to me, and we agreed that replacing the belt AND the springs was the best option. The repairs were done in less than an hour, and everything is working fine! As well, when I originally called for service, the young lady I spoke with, can't remember her name, was able to walk me through disengaging the door lift mechanism so I could open the 2-car garage door manually and get my vehicle out!! Great service, I would definitely recommend Precision for anyone's garage door needs, as well as use them personally in the future!

Technician Mike Boyle was great. Very professional and provided a very complete description of what was wrong and what needed to be fixed in order of importance... The cost was a bit more then I expected but he did a great job and the door has never been this quite. This is the 3rd time I have used Precision but the first time at this house.. We chose your company initially since your are the service provider for LiftMaster and for the great service we received the time before. Your technician Blake Bailey provided a fast and efficient resolution to our problem in replacing the key pad. He also replaced a few bolts on the door and sprayed lubrication on the spring and linkage parts of the opener. He arrived for the appointment in a timely fashion at 11:00AM.

It would touch the ground and then re-open automatically. The service technician, Michael, knew right-away what the problem was and corrected the problem. he was very polite and professional.
