Charlie (our tech) was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain and show me exactly what was wrong with our garage door, not to mention he was so patient with me asking 100 questions! Though it was a pretty big job, he was extremely efficient and fixed the problem in no time. We had a great experience with Precision and will continue to use Precision for all our garage door needs and will recommend to others as well!

Zack came out and was courteous and kind. Showed us the different areas causing the problem and wasn’t trying to sell us anything. He gave us several options and we ended up getting a new opener and several other parts for the door. Works great now and is much quieter. Really happy with the work and will request him again if we need any help in the future.

Called on Friday. Came on Saturday. Was having problems with garage door not always closing when leaving. Needed whole new system. Robert was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Stayed and did the whole job that night. Here for 2 hours or more. Did a beautiful job. Works like a charm. Thanks for such prompt service. Probably kept us from having an emergency down the road.

I worked with Luke Rose today to install a new motor for a garage door. Starting from the very beginning he called to say he was on the way and arrived at the scheduled appointment time set. He explained what needed to be done, what options I had, and the costs involved. There was no high pressure selling involved or "up selling" The work he did was way above par. His work and knowledge were 100% spot on. Finishing up he tested every component of the new system. He is now my go to guy !

Excellent work by Jimmy Johnson; quick, thorough and informative. He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the necessary parts and readjusted brackets where necessary. When completed he reset the remotes and explained use and how to maintain the garage parts for maximum preservation. Also, great personality. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service.

Precision has been our garage door company since we moved here in 2006. They have been timely and very thorough in their work. Today Kevin had to replace our motor. He explained the different options, what might be best for us and did the installation quickly and professionally. He even took time to meet Kaia our Great Dane and get to be her friend. Always nice when the pets love the service folks. I would recommend Precision to one and all. Kevin was the best!

Robert came out in 30 mins. I was lucky he was close. He did a great. Replaced the springs on two garage doors. One spring was broken but did the other door sine it is 11 yrs old and do want to be trapped in the garage again. Robert was great, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Precision
