My former employer [UPS] used your company's service on a regular basis and I was always impressed with the quality of your work. I have recently retired and have recommended your company to some family and friends and neighbors. My recent service call was on Wed. March 16 2022. I needed a new opener, springs, rollers, and a couple of support brackets. The tech who came out was Luke Rose. Luke was very informative and professional and had everything needed right on the truck and all work was performed the same day in just a few hours. Luke did a complete and thorough diagnostic on my system and made recommendations along the way. While I was not planning on spending the amount of money I did, I am more than pleased with the quality of both products and services and think you are fortunate to have an employee like Luke representing your company.

I must say I was thrilled when Robert showed up the technician from Precision because I initially had them install a new garage door motor working the past 2 years it was a LiftMaster - and Precision also replaced my spring and they had to replace a garage door opener switch for the now third time! Although it was past the warranty period - they realized that it was a faulty part I give Precision a big kudos for doing the right thing- Robert replaced it at no charge. Excellent customer service!!!! Now that’s what I’m talking about!

So when one of the springs in our garage door broke I called Precision immediately and scheduled an appointed for the next day. We called Precision and asked them about getting a new garage door. They sent out Jack, a representative to speak with us and we scheduled the installation. The day of the installation arrived and Andrew arrived and went right to work. I was surprised he was by himself but we saw right away that he was more than capable. He worked tirelessly and carefully, making sure to install everything just as we had requested. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of our questions. We had a whole new system installed with a brand new door, outside key pad, inside garage control and two controls for our cars. He explained how we could use wifi to open and close our garage door remotely and showed us all the features of our new door. Andrew was absolutely wonderful! We highly recommend Precision Garage door to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement!

Nice friendly people to work with. The technician very professional, courteous and arrived quickly. I would have given 5 stars but was hit with a $21.00 shop supply fee and just had one torsion spring replaced on a 9' x 7' door. Just don't know how to justify the shop supply 7% fee when replacing one part. Anyway, I would use them again even with the flatulence fee.
