If I could give this company 1000000000 stars, I would!! They replaced my garage door opener back in 2019 and the level of professionalism was beyond anything I could’ve expected!! So, when I started having issues with the remotes, I called and spoke to a wonderful young lady who was able to get me an appointment on the same day! The technician, Orion, was so kind, caring and helpful!! He was kind enough to check my equipment, and showed me an issue I hadn’t seen! He was able to fix it easily & showed me the fix. His kindness was huge for me as I am battling cancer & he was patient and understanding when I lost my train of thought or asked dumb questions—he truly CARED about my door and safety! He never pressured me to fix it and offered options to keep expenses affordable!! This company is truly Customer oriented & I will never use any other company and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a garage door company who puts customers FIRST!!!

Big mistake. In late December, 2023, I paid $3,500.00 up front for work that was not accomplished. Precision did an installation, but utilized the previous installation, requiring only about half the cost of what I paid for. The installers assured me that I would be receiving a refund. A few days later I received a voicemail saying that I didn’t owe anything more. When I tried to return the call I was told by another representative that I needed to speak to the person that left the voicemail. After a few unsuccessful attempts I gave up. (My bad)

Prompt and on time! Very professional and customer oriented representative. Issue was clearly defined as a paint situation, which causes panels to stick together during extended closed periods with garage doors facing in a north easterly direction; and when opened the first time after this extended period, the panels pull apart during initial opening, and create a loud "bang" noise! Not an issue (other than the initial noise) that may cause further concern. Precision truly has well trained staff, not just for workmanship, but more importantly, extremely customer friendly, and patient! Thank you,

I picked Precision Garage Door Service because I am repeat customer with a sticker on my garage door and they did an excellent job the first time they were here. Lucas Wyngarden, my technician, arrived at the appointed time and was polite, courteous and professional. I explained to him the problem that I had experienced, and after he looked at the garage door, he proceeded to diagnose the problem and the solution. I asked for a quote over the phone and was told not quite $1000 for a single car, plain and simple door. When someone came to my house the price was given for one $2000. I could see maybe increase up to $1200 but that was a big jump from original quote. A bit disappointed.

Precision was the original installer of our garage door and opener system. Due to lightning, the door opener would not operate correctly and then finally just failed to operate at all. Your technician Cody Johnson and his assistant came out as scheduled and installed a new opener, rollers and other needed items. They were both very professional and efficient in their work. When completed, Cody was very thorough in explaining what was done and how to operate the system including synching up the car with the opener. I would recommend them and Precision for any garage door issues.

My last review got cut off part way through, so I'll try this again...Very Happy. Sean Tufalo was the tech that came out. He arrived early in the time window. Listened to what I wanted, showed me several options and laid out pros and cons for them all. Had to replace a 40+/- year old system that was DOS for about 15 years. Once I decided on what I wanted, he gave me the price, I approved, and he went to work. Given the age and condition of the existing door and opener, it took an "over and above" attitude and effort. Even with the extra time and effort spent, the quoted price was the charged price. Beyond that, Sean seemed to be a pretty straight-up guy. I'll have them come back in a month or two, after I finish another project, and install a new, and needed, hurricane rated door. Highly recommend the company and the tech, Sean T (They've got a couple of Seans so I have to be specific).

All went great. Estimate and work all done in one day. Technicians were awesome, and throughly explained everything and even programed my Cadillac garage door opener. Garage door has not worked better since we bought the house. Highly suggest using Precision no matter the cost, and cost was no to bad. Garage door was fixed and installed side mount garage door opener.
