Precision comes when you call and the tech. arrives the time they say they will arrive. The techs. are professional and explain what they are doing to do before they do it. If you have any questions they answer the question no matter how stupid the question might be. I have been VERY pleased with the installation of my garden door and the fast and efficient follow up.

My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was great from beginning to end. It was easy to make an appointment online for next day service. The gentleman that came out was on time and thoroughly reviewed my system. Once the problems were noted, he installed a new garage door opener to me and servicing my garage door. Mike did a great job replacing the broken tension spring. he informed me of parts that were functioning but the records showed 10 years old. No sales pitch just information. I would call Precision and ask for Mike and recommend in the future.

It was an easy process to set up a time to have someone come out to assess what needed to be done. Chris McVeigh was out technician. He was quick, kind, and straightforward. Technician Mike was extremely professional, on time and very knowledgeable! Needed to replace the battery in my door opener. He also performed a full inspection of the entire door opening assembly and associated parts. In and out in less than 20 minutes, definitely will use Precision in the future!

Door broke Friday night around 10pm. Was fixed Saturday at noon. Great service, fair price for a weekend emergency.

$1100 is what they charged me for about $200 in parts and 30 minutes of labor. They installed the cheapest possible 1/2 hp motor which is too weak and struggles to get the garage door open. Find a small local business, not one of these scummy large national chains. Your wallet will thank you.
