When dealing with my deceased father's property, my husband and I discovered the garage door was not functioning properly. So, I placed a service call and Travis Dobson determined that the motor to the original opener had burned up; rendering it inoperable. He provided a replacement estimate within minutes and in under an hour, it was up and running! Travis was not only professional and courteous, he was knowledgeable and very kind! This is my second time working with Precision and I am extremely pleased with the service! Our experience was with the technician Keith. He represents what I expected from Precision. He was both professional and cordial. One of the springs had broken and trapped the car inside. Keith explained what he was going to do and provided the current pricing for this work. He then performed the work and was completed in a timely manner. I was blown away by how well this went. I called and a tech was at my house in under an hour. He saw the problem and told me exactly what he could do to resolve the issue and gave me a quote of exactly what the price would be. Tech was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me great information. After I gave him the go-ahead he completed the work in approximately an hour and left my garage area cleaner than when he arrived. I am beyond thrilled. We all know we have seen the commercials --- it is so rare for them to be completely true .... but they are with Precision. Wow and wow!! I am a very satisfied customer!!! To Precision: Jesse Burns is a fantastic tech and extremely polite and professional. He represented your company incredibly well!!!

Arnold Replaced motor, springs, installed new keypad & remotes. Replaced 2 steel cable guides & steel cable, 3 door hinges & lubricated all moving parts. Arnold was one of the nicest, most courteous technicians we have had come out to our home to do various repairs, etc. since we moved to Florida. He was very knowledgeable of his profession. We definitely recommend Arnold & Precision to anyone needing garage door service. Our daughter had used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service & was very satisfied - she recommended Precision to us. Precision & Arnold get 5 stars. (Did more service than shows on service performed & purchase of new product.)
