I could not be more pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door of Tampa. They came out to the house and reviewed all the options for doors and motors available. They listened to our needs and made recommendations. Furthermore, they were not pushy, and I did shop around. I felt they offered the best price and quality/value we wanted for our home. Install was done with great care and cleaned up when the job was completed. Installers took the time to demo the product and answer any question we had. We wanted to replace our garage door and opener and got quotes from 3 different companies. One quote was inflated with $800 of add-ons and we disregarded them. The other two were comparable, but we liked the responses that we got from Precision. Jim Stark was great to work with, even though we went back and forth a couple of times as we changed our mind on some options. They handled the permits for us, and were here for the install right on time, as promised. Robert and Sherman did a fantastic job on the install, AND had great taste in music. They were both friendly and professional. The work was done quickly and they left my garage spotless when they were done. We couldn’t have asked for a better job. We highly recommend the folks at Precision.

I was quite impressed! After another company blew me off and never showed up, I called Precision. The person I talked to was helpful and able to set me up with an appointment the very next day. My technician was professional, and explained everything to me. I found the price to fix my garage door to be quite reasonable and will be sure to use them again. Dear Jim Rapp, Oh, my heavens, I can't thank The Lord and your company enough for the miraculous gift of a functioning garage door!!! I called up last week, as I was "trapped inside my garage", meaning I couldn't open the antique door, with ONE ARM, as my left arm was in excruciating pain!! I had a Dr.'s appointment the next day to get this shoulder/arm thing further evaluated! I couldn't miss that appointment, so I called your company and Rebecca came out. One thing led to another and as I am "low-income", retired and on disability, I was blessed and gifted a brand new, white, working garage door so I can easily get in and out of the garage!! My family, (who is not yet Christian, ; D ) were shocked. They don't know the teachings of the Bible like we do! ; D ! I think this act of benevolence further inspired my 35-year-old son, who decided to bless me with a DISHWASHER yesterday! It is very hard to wash dishes with one arm!!
