Our initial contact was with Brian Harmon, he was very helpful with our decision to replace the broken spring or replace the whole door. We replaced the door. The installers were Andrew Lachance and Tyler Cope, they did an excellent job of installing the new door and took the time to explain the controls and options. My garage door needed adjustment. Precision was here in June and the work was under warranty for 1 year. They came back adjusted the springs and corrected the issue! No charge! Associate was terrific! Thank You Precision for great customer service!

Had the springs and rollers replaced. Keith Allen was the technician and did an outstanding job. I do appreciate the military discount! My concern is the shop supplies fee of 7% and is this normal in industry? Seems kind of steep to me. Also what is a fleet transportation fee and is this also normal?

Robert Clausen could not have provided better service. From my call, he appeared within 2 hours, diagnosed and repaired the opener reprogrammed the remotes and fully explained the process and departed in about 1 hour.

Cody Johnson (technician) came to our house to programming garage door remote but ours was too old so could not do it. But he did his best . We eventually need new system . We definitely recommend this company . Very nice and professional staff.

From the person answering my phone call to the technician arriving to program a second garage door opener, all were very courteous, professional, friendly, and helpful. I particularly liked your concern for the safety of your customers by providing (please forgive me) mugshots of your technicians. I asked Chris J. which was his and he confessed he trimmed his beard down since then. My ex-company (a GE subsidiary) uses your services here in Clearwater and I know they're picky, so I selected you years ago to handle my garage door needs. BTW, I have the quietest garage door in Clearwater!

Today Robert was right on time, called me on my cell 20 minutes before to state he was enroute and showed at our door 20 minutes later. Made a stupid mistake and tied a rope around the door track to dry a large tarp. I had every intention of removing it before putting the door down; however, I forgot. Rope caused the door to lower uneven and allow cable to come off the reel. Precision came out and had the door operational in about 10 minutes. This is the second or third time I have used them and each time I have been very satisfied. Thumbs up for Precision Garage Door Service!

Another wonderful experience with Precision. Joshua called to tell me that he was on his way and he arrived exactly when he said he would. When he got here he listened to what I think was a problem with my garage door pad and he advised me what could be done. I asked him if he would also just look over all the other components in the garage to see what might need to be repaired anytime in the near future. He gave me an estimate for all the work to be done and told me there was no pressure if I couldn’t do it all at one time. He was very friendly and very professional and I would definitely ask for Joshua as a tech again.

Had a Friday schedule that didn't work, rescheduled for Saturday morning. Logan called said he was on the way. Arrived looked over repair, quoted me a price and completed repairs. Everything seems to be working fine. Logan was a professional, good attitude.

I had a good experience with scheduling and the repair went smoothly, but my issue is focused on exorbitant pricing. I didn't have time to research pricing when the torsion spring broke on our garage door overnight. I depended on the solid reviews posted for Precision for having them coming out to work on the door at a fair price. When the pricing options were presented they seemed really high, and I found out after the work was completed that they are indeed on the extreme high end. I had the two torsion springs replaced, two new end bearing plates, a new flanged ball bearing, and a set of new rollers totaling $1,354. From what I've gathered, parts and labor pricing from this repair is roughly double from other reputable contractors. The repair experience itself was good, but not worth that price.
