This was the second time I needed to call a garage service company and the second time I called Precision Door Service. My first experience was great, no stress, people arrived on time and were courteous, friendly and respectful, so of course I had no hesitation in calling them the second time. I've used Precision Garage Door Service at least 2 other times and always have had a good experience with the service. This time was no different. It was Mother's Day weekend and my car was stuck in the garage because my garage door wouldn't open. Precision sent someone out on a Sunday within 6 hours of me calling and fixed the broken springs in a short time. No problem with trying to get me to do more than I could afford to do. In fact, gave me a good discount even though it was a weekend. The service person was especially nice, thorough, kind in his detailed explanation of what he would and could do to repair the door parts and let me make my decision without trying to make me purchase more than necessary. I will no doubt be calling again....I have 3 garage doors to keep in good working order.
