I had my garage door and genie opener installed in June 2023. I also chose to participate as a member for one year and I am so glad I decided that option. The outside keypad was installed as a convenience to me, however, it would not work for me several months after it was installed. I called the genie phone number with no results except for me to contact Precision. When I called, the customer service rep. was very sincere and scheduled a service call for the next day. The technician spent 5 minutes and determined I needed a replacement keypad at no charge and it worked just like it was supposed to. No more frustration and it works like it's supposed to. Very happy customer now!

I purchased a garage door and opener May 2020. Everything worked perfectly until October of this year. Apparently one of my neighbors started using a device that interferes with the operation of my opener remotes; the opener light that should only blink when a remote is activated is on almost all the time. I called Precision. They dispatched a technician (Jason). He had the knowledge and the parts to add a remote receiver that is unaffected by the inference.

I was so impressed with the level of service I received from the very beginning. I was uncertain, when deciding what gauge to purchase for my new garage door, so Anastasia had an executive, Carlos, call me to explain and put me at ease on my decision. I also had a unique situation with overhead storage inside my garage. Two other companies told me I would have to remove my storage, but Precision came up with a solution so I could keep my storage, Jesus and Nicholas explained to me in detail how we could make it work. Contacted Precision due to a damaged belt on garage door opener Within 3 hours Manual showed up on a Saturday to assess my situation.He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with options for proper repair. Manual kept me informed on each aspect of repair and the mechanics behind it. Successful repairs were promptly made at a reasonable price. Manual was very personable and professional. The entire process from scheduling to final repair was very easy. I highly recommend this company.

You can never find fault with Precision Garage doors...I have used them for over 20 years and, thankfully, I rarely need them. But when I do they are courteous, professional, and most of all, responsive!! This Team rocks from the people who answer the phone to the team members who come to my house!! Today Michael Freeman came for a needed repair and was patient while I was on a conference call until the work was completed and he provided me some necessary guidance...Outstanding Service!!!

I take pride in writing this review due to a very pleasing experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door. I had arrived home on Saturday night, from a vacation, and discovered that our originally installed garage door spring had broken. I called Precision the next morning (Sunday) to see if I could get a technician out for repairs. I simply wanted to NOT pay weekend fees and schedule an appointment for a weekday. The very friendly person who took my call advised me that the price is the same everyday and I could have a technician respond that afternoon! That was the start of a great day/experience. My window was from 12-4pm for the technician and he called at 12:04 and advised me he was 10 minutes out. At 12:15, Alex Carmack (service technician), showed up and I was instantly put at ease with his tremendous respect and politeness. It only took Alex 5 minutes to deduce my problem and what I needed for repairs. He showed me all my material options and never tried to sell me more than I needed but answered ALL my questions on all the options. After I chose my types of springs, Alex took me to the garage door and literally showed me everything he was going to do. His confidence and knowledge was very impressive. Alex told me it was going to take approximately 1 1/2 hours and he finished in only an hour. The garage was perfect when completed and I believe it even works more proficiently now! I worked as a firefighter for 30 years and my #1 goal was ALWAYS customer service and in these modern times it seems like that type of service has diminished some. I’m here to advise y’all that Precision Door is a company that believes the same way… customer service is number one with them. Thanks so much Alex and Precision for reassuring me that high quality work still exists!!
