The original garage door for this home was installed by Precision (many years before I purchased the house) I have called Precision on several occasions including today and have been very pleased with their service and personnel. Today Adam Miechle provided me with a new remote since my old remote was destroyed in a car accident. Adam was very polite. He accomplished the the task of setting up the new remote quickly and made sure I understand how the new remote worked. I am happy to recommend your company to anyone who needs garage door repairs or replacement.

Had garage door problems so I called Precision because of TV ads & my next door neighbor used them & was very happy. They came out the next day on time with 2 persons. Showed them the problem. The appointment happened the same day I called. Alex, the tech, was very professional and explained what he was doing and updating me regarding the condition of our garage door opener. He used the existing new keypad to sync with the garage door opener and also added bolts to the garage door and the opener.

I called Precision Overhead Garage Door in the morning, and they were out at my house by noon. The two guys diagnosed my problem (the opener was shot - it could have been saved, but why bother), and proceeded to replace the opener and springs, set everything up, and left my garage cleaner than they found it - all before quitting time. It was the service you dream of. I am beyond happy.
