Your technician Matthew Salas came out within a few hours of our request for service. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained clearly what we needed and the price, and didn't pressure us in any way. Then he did the repairs quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with him, and can only say that you are lucky to have him as such a great employee!

The technician came out the next day, first appointment. He did an assessment on our garage door. He showed us and explained what needed to be fixed. The repairs were done in a very timely manner.
