A representative came to replace my sensors on the day I called to schedule an appointment. He was very courteous and professional. I asked for a quote to do the work he said needed to be done and he provided it. After a few changes and modifications to the quote, we agreed on a price for the work to be done and he scheduled it. This was the second time I needed to call a garage service company and the second time I called Precision Door Service. My first experience was great, no stress, people arrived on time and were courteous, friendly and respectful, so of course I had no hesitation in calling them the second time. I had the same experience again ,polite people on the phone, appointment made for as early as possible due to circumstances . Service representative arrived next day on time and again friendly and respectful explained problem to me in detail, gave estimate and deal was closed. Within an hour and a half problem solved corrected and finished. No stress to me and knowing job would be done correctly. I will always call this company and recommend to others. Precision installed my garage door years ago and have repaired and upgraded it as needed. Today they responded right away (same day) when the door did not go up and down as it should. Technician Chris diagnosed the problem, made suggestions for repair and upgrades to prevent future problems. Much appreciated. He could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

What a great response time to have our garage door serviced. They would have serviced the door on the same day. Our service tech, John Duff explained what our options were and gave us a detailed estimate. Christopher Enlow was Great !!! Chris helped me diagnose the issue I had hearing a "cluncking" sound after lots of usage with my door opener. Chris determined that my "rail" needed replacing which resulted in a very quiet and smooth opening and closing operation. Not only that, Chris did a follow-up making sure I did not have any other issues. I feel very comfortable calling Precision Garage Doors and have recommended them to my family, friends and clients! Precision Door has replaced our motor and did a great job. Not only that, they came back a year later when the motion sensor for the light was staying on and they fixed that without charging me. I called this morning at 8:30 because I was having issues with my garage door closing. The scheduler was very polite and offered several windows of time that worked my schedule. Lucas arrived ahead of schedule and called to see if that was okay. He listened to the problem, diagnosed the issue and promptly went to work. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Quickly worked to fix the problem and when he was finished asked if there was anything I needed. Overall I great experience and I highly recommend Precision and Lucas!!
