Frank Soto was our technician. He was terrific. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient and answered them all. He never pressured us in any way. He did a great job with the repair we needed and when he was done he cleaned up everything. He left us with a whisper quiet door opener and a smile. This was the best organized most courteous repair experience we have had in a long time. Thanks Precision for the quality staff and please pass our Thank You along to Frank.

Our Technician Craig Earle was On-Time and reviewed our problems with our existing Genie garage and within minutes he had a solution. He reviewed the problems with me and made recomendations to repair the problem. There was no attempt in up-selling an entire new system, rather a few simple repairs which were completed in less than an hour. Craig was very knowledgeable in our system and even pointed out how to properly maintain it. I did ask for future reference how much a new opener with a belt drive would be to purchase and install. The price provided was extremely affordable and certainly not worth installing myself from a home improvement store! Great job and I highly recommend your business.

The definition of a great American company. I was referred to Precision Garage Overhead Door Service by a neighbor and they performed better than expected. I placed a call regarding a broken spring/inability to open my garage door and they were at my home within 30 minutes. My technician, Ryan Goodman, was very well educated and detailed what has been happening with my garage door and what I needed to make sure I would no longer have problems for the next 5 years. Ryan was a joy to work with, he performed great work and will be the only person I call in the future for any garage door/opener needs in the future. This company is not the cheapest in town, but you definitely get what you pay for! Great experience. I highly recommend this company for all of your overhead door needs.
