I don’t normally take the time to commend people in this fashion but I was compelled to make an exception in this case. Last week we called Precision to fix our two-car garage door which had recently broke down. It was more or less and overhaul of the entire system. The reason why I am reaching out to you is to make leadership of Precision aware of what an asset they have in their technician Jimmy Johnson. The quality of the work and speed that is was done surpassed all expectations. I did not realize a garage door could be so quiet when opening and closing. Jimmy not only was personable but clearly took a lot of pride in his work. Jimmy’s qualities will ensure I would only call or recommend Precision for future needs. That type of employee is exactly what builds loyal customers.

my mother recommended them to me she used them for a repair and was extremely satisfied. I was originally booked for 4-8 at about 2 pm and within 30 minutes the came. took him less then 5 min diagnose the problem and less than that to fix it. for that reason I will call them whenever I have a problem with my garage door. the tech was very professional. Cory was his name. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Michael Wallace provided me with my requested courtesy call and was very prompt with his arrival time. He was very professional and explained everything he saw to me during his inspection of my garage door. He provided me with information I did not know about my garage door/system as well as quotes for several options to repair the door. While I passed for now on fixing the issues I have, I was very pleased with the service provided between Michael Wallace and when I called to make an appointment. It is very convenient that Precision has hours after 5 pm.

The Technician was professional, prompt and took the time to look over the entire system. It ended being a "small cost" fix. But the tech did NOT look for ways to up-charge, which was really refreshing. Would most certainly use this company again.

Frank Soto was our technician. He was terrific. We had a lot of questions and he was very patient and answered them all. He never pressured us in any way. He did a great job with the repair we needed and when he was done he cleaned up everything. He left us with a whisper quiet door opener and a smile. This was the best organized most courteous repair experience we have had in a long time. Thanks Precision for the quality staff and please pass our Thank You along to Frank.

Really appreciate the professionalism he exhibited. I will definitely recommend this company. Was pleased with the service and technician. Was not pleased with the price of the bearings. Being I was in the repair business for over 37 years, I thought the bearings were way overpriced. 5 for the service, 2 for the price of the bearings.
