this was a warranty visit: We had a new Opener installed a few months ago. Over the past few weeks we noticed the Opener was getting a little noisy. I called for an inspection and our service tech John, was dispatched and took care of the situation. He inspected the motor and applied lubrication in a few places and now the Opener appears like new again. John had performed the original installation, is very professional and provided the required service to our satisfaction.

I am very satisfied with the service professionalism knowledge of your people. I just wanted repairs and Tommy politely suggested that it would cost me more in the long run fixing the old door and gave me a break down on repairs vs new I am very glad that I called you guys. Also the installer was very professional and very kind he helped me move some items out of the way for clearance. I will definitely recommend Precision.

The service technician you assigned to this order was excellent. He called when he was running behind and gave a new projected arrival time. Once here he quickly analyzed the problem and offered different repair options. Once the option was chosen he quickly and efficiently made the repairs. We highly recommend Precision. 5 stars

I would like to take this time to recognize Mr Tsangarinos . I have use your service for at least 10 years and needed your service on today. 7/14 Mr Tsangarinos came to service my equipment and diagnose the issue which was more serious then I realize I was overcome with tears. you see I was diagnosed with Cancer 6 weeks ago, no income and a single problem. He immediately had empathy for me explain I was a valuable Customer and can do a temp fix. I was beyond words you see I have never experience this from a Service Tech. I am so grateful for your Service and will be a lifetime Member. Ps He also explain your payment terms, educated me on the issue and showed me the problem. I thank you for hiring him. I was pleased with the service and the personality of your technician although I feel your pricing was off the chart. I think the parts and service I received was way over priced. I did not like the way the pricing was explained to me on a hand written note pad. I did some research first on pricing before the technician arrived and felt I was taken advantage of for the repair. I should have went with my gut and saved myself 400.00 dollars. Unless you have money to burn I would not recommend your service

This is the way all businesses should be run!! Prompt service by skilled techs who don't waist time or your money. John Tsanggarinos is one terrific tech and knew exactly what to do to fix both of my doors to like new condition. This was not an easy fix. A lot of effort and skill went into this repair. Just a "thank you" is really not enough. All home owners with garage doors should keep this company name taped to the back of the doors!!!

We called precision initially because we saw their TV ad, but now we would call precision because of the excellent work and professional manner in which John Tsangarinos resolved our garage door problems. He is very knowledgable, professional and helpful. He put a lot of work in up front to diagnose our problem and after his examination recommended specific products to maximize the life of our garage door apparatus. John T. went beyond my expectations! I wasn't sure what to expect when John showed up, especially after my initial and first experience with Precision. With a non-assuming manner John asked me to explain what had happened during my first experience. I shared with him and he listened. In the end, all of my concerns were addressed, repairs completed, and all within a reasonable timeframe and price. As a person who prefers doing business with companies only through word of mouth or customer referral, I can comfortably endorse Precision Garage Doors. In addition to thanking John for going up and beyond, I would like to also thank Danielle for contacting me shortly after submitting my complaint. She expressed humility and a willingness and commitment to make things right. Lastly, I have not met the ownership of Precision but it occurs to me that it makes the customer experience the most important element of its business.
