Saw an ad in the newspaper and when John came he showed me the label on the garage door from your company so you had been to my house before. That must have been before we lived here. He did a great job and was very efficient and careful. Really appreciate your workers and their professionalism to the job. He replaced the opener the first day and the springs and cables the day after. Very good job.

John T was professional, friendly, and informative. He diagnosed my garage door issues and repaired or replaced needed parts within 90 minutes. Precision Garage Door is the best company in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area for garage door service. We have used their service multiple times, and have found each of the Service Technicians to be professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. The office staff is excellent as well. The appointment system generates an email reminder, and the Service Technicians are able to process payments immediately and email receipts and service reports. Highly professional team and you can trust their advice, repairs, and replacements.

Precision sent out two service men to look at my problem: Brent & John. My problem was the door was opening on its own. They inspected the unit and did not find any problems with the circuit board. So they reset the unit and my openers. They were very professional and very nice. Before they left, they inspected my door, tracks and rollers. My door was in good shape, but one track was out of alignment. And the rollers (original wheel on a metal axel, no ball bearings) were starting to wear. The door was quite noisy and did shake. They did a tuneup on the door and replaced the rollers. I cannot believe how quiet and smooth the whole process is now. Plus, Brent and John were quick and efficient in their work. Precision Door Service has a great crew!

my neighbor referred me to your company. It was the online VIDEO that sold me. Then my service agent arrived and I was so pleased with his friendliness, gift of communication and sense of humor! I called due to wanting repair on the garage door. The chain seemed to not be as tight and I have lived in this house 16 years. So my boss Jose Martin of Spring Hill had recommended your company. The technician sent out was very nice and explained the options that I had. He never pressured me one way or the other. The technician who arrived on time, John, was extremely professional, as was his helper. They did an inspection of my garage door opener and offered different replacement options, and gave me their opinion as to which parts they should replace today. They also gave me a price list for other options for future use. My coupon was for a tune-up and choice of roller replacement or bottom seal replacement. I opted for the roller replacement. They completed the tune-up and roller replacement satisfactorily and answered my seemingly hundreds of questions. Thank you John; I would not hesitate to call Precision again or recommend you to a friend.
