This review is for Andrew Lachance. Absolutely amazing work. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and he definitely did precision work by exchanging the damaged garage door trim after the new garage door was installed one month ago! Called your Lakeland number to ask how change my keypad code. The person in the office said that would look up how to do it, than he said he man in the area and that he could do it. I asked about the service call he their was not one if work was done. He did not mention the fuel charge or how much it would cost. When he arrived he did not mention how much it would cost till it was done. The bill was $69.00 for five minutes work, that office could have told me how to do it. I think that is bad business. This is not the first time I used your company. I bought the openier from you and had other work done also. I think the bill was was to high for the work done especially when it could have been done over the phone.

The service tech was great! Very professional and friendly. He also programmed the remote in my car and replaced the light bulb in my opener. He fixed the wiring and straightened the pull bar that was put in wrong buy the previous installer from another company. He also informed me that the springs were not safe and the door could not be manually lifted. I can park my car in the garage again and feel like I totally got great service for a reasonable price. It also came with a 5 year warranty.

I can't say enough about our amazing service we received from James. He was on time, professional and didn't try to push any unnecessary costs on us. We had an old motor from when our house was first built and he installed a new one right on the spot. He even swept out our garage!!
