The tech, Matt, as great. Turns out I have electrical issues in the garage that need to be addressed before he can complete the repair and as soon as I get that problem fixed, I’ll schedule his return. I was not impressed with the appointment schedulers.

Precision came recommended by our neighbor. They offered next day service....despite it being a w/e. I was going to be out of town....so I scheduled for the following Monday...which I forgot was Labor Day. There was no extra charge. Door installed professionally and with no issues. Would definitely recommend.

We knew it was only time before the second garage door needed repair. Bryan fixed the first one and did a great job, so we requested Bryan to fix the second garage door. And again, he did a great job, gave us options and was professional. If we ever need any more help with garage doors, we would only call Precision.

Garage door would not close using our new equipment. Called the office a technician arrived as promised. Problem was nothing to do with the new opener, the cold weather had knocked out the alignment of the light beam.The tech made a slight adjustment, explained what I should look for we double checked the system,everything performed correctly. What a great company! Called at 10AM with an issue, by 1PM same day Mike Graves was on the scene reviewing and making recommendations for repair. No surprise to us that we needed major work on springs, bearings and a new opener. Mike couldn't have been more polite, more efficient, more helpful. Even helped programmed our cars! Couldn't recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service highly enough. Well done, guys!

Our technician, David, arrived promptly, friendly and very knowledgeable. He offered options for our issue and had all parts needed on the truck. That was nice to know that he didn't have to postpone the repair to another day. David was very thorough and did the replacement of everything needed with promptness in a very professional manner. Our door is so quite now, why didn't we do this sooner!?? We would definitively recommend Precision.

Broken Spring, not really what I wanted on Christmas Eve, but I was glad Precision was able to send a Technician out to repair. John Pappas came out, replaced the springs with heavy duty springs, bearings, and nylon rollers. John did a great quality job! The garage door is so quiet now! Thank You for quick quality service.

New Years Day our garage door broke and needed quick repairs. Called Precision and they did do a great job on getting a technician out. We asked for a quote first. After 15 minutes were given an astronomical figure to fix the door. Add said no extra charge for holidays. Technician said there was no extra charge for coming out that day. Then added to the extreme high cost that he could not fix the garage door opener because it was too damaged. Needed a new one. We told him to hold off. Then we got hit with a $49.95 charge for coming out for an estimate ( which they did later refund). We immediately searched out their competitors for other estimates. Next person that came out gave us a quote that was over $400 less, plus he said our garage door was not damaged and hooked us up for free. Precision had a special on their website saying that a new double garage door would cost $800. That’s not what our technician quoted. Try 800 x 3 !! We felt misled and the attempt of being taken advantage of. I would not recommend Precision for people who are under a budget. If you’re rich, go ahead. I don’t know the quality of their work so I can’t comment on that.
