First off, I work in Orlando and live in Tampa, so finding out you offer a 6pm-10pm time slot for appointments was wonderful. I chose that option. After receiving a conformation call that he was :15 Min away, your Technician, Shane, slipped in like Batman, under cover of darkness, to right the wrongs of the previous installer. (who will remain unnamed) After completing his mission correctly, courteously, promptly, and Professionally, he was off to continue his vigilance through the night, correcting the maddening malfunctions that plague Garage door owners across our great land! I don't question the quality of work or the service provided by Precision. In fact, I have used the company in the past. I DO have an issue with the "bait and switch" advertising on your website, promoting the $899 special. The garage door pictured in the ad clearly shows a door with windows (Sunray), right next to the $899 price. As I suspected, this is NOT the door that's available for $899 and in fact, the door in the picture is actually double the price ($1800). Very misleading and a classic marketing sham. We haven't made a decision on a door purchase yet but this episode just leaves me with a bad feeling.

Wolf was very nice and overly efficient! He only had to put A wheel back in its track, but went above and beyond. He made sure everything was tight and functioning properly, as well as lubed all the moving parts. 5 stars for employee Wolf as well as Precision for prompt same day service!

The spring broke on my garage door. Precision has replaced it a little over three years ago with a 7 year guarantee. Your repair man, Chris, came on time and upon seeing that I had the guarantee replaced the spring at no cost to me and adjusted the door. He was very professional and did an excellent job.
