Excellent experience with Precision. After I backed into the half open door, the bottom roller popped out. After releasing the opener and testing the door, it still worked. Precision came out to check things out and made a few adjustments and popped the roller back in. Very pleasant technician who arrived on schedule. Very speedy arrival, competent, professional technician. He explained options for repair (broken tension spring & bearings) and exact costs. Repair we completed in 45 minutes or less, as promised. He also completed a check list of potential problems, lubed moving parts, tightened chain, and restored the door to smooth function. My neighbors had a entire door replaced by Precision and referred me to them. I wouldn't call anyone else when I have garage door issues - many thanks!

He reset my garage door opener’s and he also sent my car to the garage door opener.
