The technician was on time. Very courteous. Always knocking on the door for entry in the home. He was sweet with my dog and made note of my need to leave the home by a certain time. Repairs were done quickly and have a 90 day warranty. He replaced 2 parts within the opener mechanism.

James did a stellar job. It started with a broken cable. The unit was 43 years old. James explained all of the details, so we agreed to replace both cables, both springs, and the entire operator unit. Everything but the door itself and the rails. I am 100% thrilled with the work. THANK YOU !!!

Great experience! I called on Saturday when I realized a spring was broken. A service call was set up for later that same day. When a cancellation happened, they called me to see if coming sooner was OK, which it was. The tech, Carlos, called ahead and was at our home within 15 minutes. He was very professional friendly and very knowledgeable. He did a full inspection and recommended replacement of the bearings in addition to the broken spring. He also called to my attention that the Genie Track was a bit worn, but was working OK. I decided to go ahead and replace it too. Carlos had the repairs done right away. The door operates perfectly now and is much more quiet. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.

I called and got serviced that day. They gave me a 4 hour window and I asked for closer to 4:00 (vs 4 - 8:00), and the girl said she would do what they could. Brett was at my home at 4:00 and finished when he said. I was very happy with Brent, the tech that serviced my door. He explained everything to me and I did not feel pressured at all.
