Jeremy Westerbeck was very friendly and helpful. He replaced the broken garage door spring. He then showed us that our current Garage Door Opener was not as secure as we had thought by lifting the closed door by hand. He replaced the Garage Door Opener with a new Belt Drive Garage Door Opener. Before doing any of the work, he explained, in detail, what he proposed to do and gave us choices as to the types of Garage Door Openers were available and the merits and prices of each. When completed, he explained how to operate each remote device. Based on the fact that our old system was not secure, I will mention this to our neighbors and highly recommend Precision Door Service to all our neighbors.

Today is the second time we have used Precision (the first time was 3 years ago for spring repair) and the second time we have had Keith for our technician. This time we replaced the garage door opener/key pads and had the door, springs, etc. serviced. Keith is a terrific technician. He seems very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, works judiciously and has a very pleasant demeanor. We would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them -- and Keith -- to others!

Matt did a great job of explaining the damage to the garage door and what had to be replaced. He explained additional weak spots and what could be replaced and told what the cost would be.
