After my emergency phone call, Blake showed up 1.5 hours later (exactly when expected), diagnosed the problem, and presented my options with exact estimates. We chose our new machines, and he immediately replaced both. The entire job was done in less than 2 hours, and my husband and I continued on with our day. In addition, he programmed our remotes in our cars!!! Outstanding service!!
