Sorry I did not write a review on Jim Rodey back, in Feb when he was first here. Time just got away from me. I was very impressed with him in all respects. Keith inspected the issues with our door and he thoroughly explained what was wrong. He quoted a couple options to do the repair. I was considering replacing the door opener also, but once he fixed the door itself, he said replacing the opener at this time wasn't necessary. I sincerely appreciated his honesty. It was also nice chatting with Keith about the company. It's refreshing to hear an employee speak so proudly of who they work for and how the business started and has grown. Very impressive. Precision Door is on my contractor "keep list"! You guys are great.

The guys that came out were very nice and professional. It was a little pricey for what I got and the$20 gas fee was unexpected. But I called the company and they refunded that for me.

I qwas referred to you by my cousin who recently had a new opener installed for his garage door. I then saw your ad in the newspaper with coupons for reduced rated. I called for an appointment and today John Tsangarinos came and installed a new opener for us. He also put in a new coil spring, rollers for the doors, a keypad and even programmed our car to open the door. He was most courteous and answered all questions to my satisfaction. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND!!! Doug arrived ahead of schedule. Very friendly, courteous and thoroughly professional. We needed new springs, rollers and bearings. There was NO ATTEMPT TO UP-SELL US INTO MORE THAN WE NEEDED! The difference in performance was obvious and our experience with Precision was one of the most positive we've ever had with any home repair provider. The "Angie's List Discount" was significant and much appreciated. There may be cheaper prices in the marketplace, but there is no better product or service than Precision.

Was pleased to get weekend service, and especially on such short notice. We called at 7:30 or 8:00 am on Saturday, got phone call from service rep' and he was there before noon. I called Precision because my sons purchased a garage door opener for me as a gift, but we didn't go to Precision at first, and that was regrettable. The big national chain that we ordered the opener from had a local installer that left me without a coded keypad, a wobbly unit, and the plastic casing for the unit was only an inch and a half from a celing light in my garage, which I feared would be a fire hazard! After many weeks of waiting for the installer to get to me, and apologies from the store management, the store honored my request to remove the unit and issue me a refund. My gift experience had become such a disappointment..........until I called Precision! My tech was Bob Blanchette, and he was so professional, and had the experience you need and should expect from a tech installing such an important part of the security of your home! My door rollers were in bad shape too, which the other tech had never even looked at. I now have a door that is quiet and opens so smooth, and a very stable, quality built and expertly installed garage door opener from Precision, and what a difference it makes to have everthing working as it should! Thank you!
