Excellent reviews and bio about technicians made it more personable. Both Carlos and Scott were superb!!! I've traveled the world as a Military officer for over 20 plus years and I can say without a doubt that this has been the most professional, quicker and knowledgeable technicians that I have seen firsthand! They were superb and top notch guys, very personable and the job looks exceptional; clearly a great company with superb personnel!!!! Thanks!!!

Mike Wallace was right on time and spent hours making sure we were taken care of before leaving (which was well after dark). His professionalism, positive demeanor and work ethic is exceptional. There is no other place I would call other than Precision for any future issue and will certainly refer them to friends and family.

Precision Door seemed to be a large company, which usually indicates a history of reliable service. My only complaint was that the outside keypad that you installed is not working reliably. Will call when I have a chance.

The entire process from beginning to end was flawless. After my emergency phone call, Blake showed up 1.5 hours later (exactly when expected), diagnosed the problem, and presented my options with exact estimates. We chose our new machines, and he immediately replaced both. The entire job was done in less than 2 hours, and my husband and I continued on with our day. In addition, he programmed our remotes in our cars!!! Outstanding service!!

I was impressed with the high number of favorable ratings as well as the high standing on Angie's List. It was also impressive to me that I called on a Saturday evening, knowing I was going out of town the next day, and finding out I could actually have the door repaired that same day. My repair technician was Keith Anderson. Keith was prompt, courteous, very helpful in explaining my options, letting me know what needed to be done and why, then giving me the cost breakdown. I'm very happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door.
