Service was prompt and very professional. My technician was Scott Ward, he was an extremely knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and personable young man. He explained my options on the repair and what future repairs may be needed. Lightning had destroyed the board in the motor housing and he promptly diagnosed the problem and repaired it.

We had springs replaced on an older garage door, and an opener installed on a small door. The installer was very knowledgeable and we were very impressed with his work and the service he performed. I would certainly recommend him to family or friends and would definitely use him again.

Excellent service and repairs by Lloyd Tanner. Lloyd contacted me to let me know when he would be arriving. Gave me three options for the repairs that were needed. Also gave multiple options for the garage door opener. Lloyd had everything on his truck to do the job that same day. No having to come back out. Explained everything and showed me the items that needed to be replaced and why. Lloyd was respectful and knowledgeable. I would recommend Precision to everyone.

Carlos Morales did a fantastic job! He was very timely on a Sunday afternoon. He was very thorough. He knew his craft and product extremely well. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain how everything worked and how it should work. He was very expeditious, yet not overly so - he new what he was doing. It was a joy having him do the job and watch him do it while learning from him. Thank you, Carlos.

KEITH ANDERSON was the Service Technician who looked after our needs today.... Dec,31,2015. He replaced the springs, cables, bearings, etc. and capably got our seized-up double garage door functioning properly. We were impressed with his polite call to confirm an arrival time, his promptness by arriving on time, good grooming, business-like courtesy, knowledge and workmanship. This is the third visit to our home by a Precision representative, the previous visits were in 2011 and 2012, and we would highly recommend your company & your employees!
