I chose Precision to install a weather seal on my garage door and do a basic tune-up because of their great reviews on Angie's List. The tech that came to do the work was on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He made sure the weather seal closed any gaps between the bottom of the door and the garage floor. He inspected the door and opener and recommended additional services without pressuring me to decide immediately. Job well done!

When I originally had the garage door opener installed it worked fine and very quietly. A noise developed when opening the door. Doug (the tech) immediately recognized the problem and very professionally and politely repaired the door. He also gave excellent advice on how to avoid the problem in the future.
