Great communications, on-time service, knowledgeable and efficient technicians! Very clean and organized operation! Also, placed a follow-up call to Jim Rapp's number regarding the warranty I selected 3 years ago; 7 year parts/labor and 10 year motor/belt. They were very understanding and cooperative and said they would make sure this info was included/noted in my account. Great company! Thank you!

Called to have service done on our single car garage door as it was just sounding "tired" and in need of some TLC. The tech walked me through the issues he found and what it was going to take to repair the worn our parts, as well as walking me through the prices for everything. He was very thorough with what needed to be done and made it very easy for me to understand why certain parts needed to be replace. Doug did a GREAT job and was in, and out, in less than one hour. Garage door opens like it's new all over again. Thanks Precision Garage Door. You guys will 100% always be my company for garage doors!!!

Lloyd Tanner was the technician who installed a new garage door opener in my condo today. He was on time despite torrential rain and flooded streets; provided a very thorough assessment of my faulty door opener; courteous in all aspects of his presentation and demeanor; very organized and efficient in the instillation process; and allowed a military discount. He receives all of my five(5) stars--Go GATORS.

Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable and explained all the problems I was experiencing with my garage door. The work he performed was done in a manner to eliminate future problems. I have had work performed by other companies for less money, but the quality of service performed was well worth the cost. I will refer your companies to other individuals.

Repairs were a follow-up to system installed in March 2015. James did an excellent job determining the cause and correcting the problem. (The door would not close fully all the time). James was courteous, professional, and completed the job quickly. He lubed the door and performed other adjustments to ensure the door operation was smooth. I couldn't ask for a better technician. The office kept me advised that James was arriving early; much appreciated. Well organized business!
