I chose Precision because of the fact that my son used your company when I gave him the coupon from Value Pak. He was extremely satisfied and when I needed work done on my garage door, it was a no- brainer to use your company again. The technician was considerate enough to call and tell me that he was stuck in traffic. He then called again when he was 15 min.away. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything that he was going to do. I truly felt confident that he knew what he was doing and this was reinforced at the completion of the job. I would recommend your business and not think twice if I needed further repairs. He replaced the rollers, the spring (which was ready to "pop", and a new motor. I was again delighted when he told me I could pay in 3 separate payments. I am TOTALLY SATISFIED!!!

I had the Garage Door Bottom Weather Seal replaced and a Tune-Up. Jim was very professional. He called before he came. The job was well done. He pointed out some things that were showing wear that i should watch for but did not annoy me about getting it done immediately.

Got a call he was on his way,I appreciated that. Dallas did a great job repairing everything I needed done to keep my door working. He cleaned up anything that was dropped on the garage floor. When he came out, we knew we needed a new garage door opener, but he took the time to explain the process and then thoroughly showed us how to use the new equipment. I responded to Angie's List offer of a Garage Door Bottom Weather Seal and Door Tune-Up, Coupon Code: Garage-1496718-1. I also bought new rollers for my garage door. A substitute technician was sent - the original tech was unavailable; however, James Rodey arrived and he was very satisfactory: He was polite and was very knowledgeable about his craft and I would not hesitate to have him come to my home if more service on my garage door it needed. My appointment was for between 12:00 p.m. an 2:00 p.m. A person from your office phoned me at 9:47 a.m. to ask if my time could be moved up to 10:00 a.m. I said no, but 11:00 a.m. would be o.k. I heard nothing more from this person,and at 12:22 P.M. James Rodey phoned me to say he would be late and I said o.k. He phoned again at 1:45 p.m. to say he was on his way. In actual fact, he was not late having arrived prior to 2:00 p.m. So, there was a mixup on the 9:47 a.m. from Nguyen Cuong 1-727-561-7682. I don't think that call was for me, but a big mixup. It would bear checking out. 01/15/2014
