Michael Wallace was our tech, he was very nice and knowledgeable. He knew what was wrong with our door upon inspection and he explained what needed to be done and what parts were needed, and what we could wait on. and gave us an estimate. we didn't feel pressured. and he did great work. He went over everything again when he was finished and asked if we had any questions. we will definitely use Precision door in the future, Thank you for your awesome customer service

I have needed a new garage door opener for ages and I saw Precision on TV and I hit the website to investigate and I liked the prices. It was a bit more than I wanted to pay but I needed a new opener. Ryan walked me through all the various types that were offered and I thought the belt drive was the best since it had a life time warranty. Ryan was very thorough and he explained everything that he was doing while I was watching him install. He said it would take an hour and he even finished before that. I recommend Precision

He suggested a new motor was needed, and advised me of the best option in order for the door to open and close with minimal noise. He explained how the new opener and motor would work best for me.

I chose Precision because of the fact that my son used your company when I gave him the coupon from Value Pak. He was extremely satisfied and when I needed work done on my garage door, it was a no- brainer to use your company again. The technician was considerate enough to call and tell me that he was stuck in traffic. He then called again when he was 15 min.away. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything that he was going to do. I truly felt confident that he knew what he was doing and this was reinforced at the completion of the job. I would recommend your business and not think twice if I needed further repairs. He replaced the rollers, the spring (which was ready to "pop", and a new motor. I was again delighted when he told me I could pay in 3 separate payments. I am TOTALLY SATISFIED!!!

I had the Garage Door Bottom Weather Seal replaced and a Tune-Up. Jim was very professional. He called before he came. The job was well done. He pointed out some things that were showing wear that i should watch for but did not annoy me about getting it done immediately.
