He explained what the options for repairs were and explained what needed to be done step by step. Same day service and a $15 discount are definitely good PR. I have needed a new garage door opener for ages and I saw Precision on TV and I hit the website to investigate and I liked the prices. It was a bit more than I wanted to pay but I needed a new opener. Ryan walked me through all the various types that were offered and I thought the belt drive was the best since it had a life time warranty. Ryan was very thorough and he explained everything that he was doing while I was watching him install. He said it would take an hour and he even finished before that. I recommend Precision
