I called and got service the same day which was great, my garage was stuck shut. They arrived with in the given time frame. It cost about what I had expected. The technician was great and did a good job with explaining what happened and what he did and how to take care of my torsion springs. I also got a brake down on how much each thing cost and what I am paying for.

Great to see the 24/7 response and same day service. From the gal that took the initial call, to Mike's professional assessment and installation, great to to see a first rate company perform this well. These guys replaced a broken spring, bad rollers and a cross bar that was ready to fail all in under an hour. This door is working better than new. Thanks Mike.

I called for an estimate and was given a price for new springs of between $70 - $120 each depending on the garage door and what size springs would be required. There was no service charge if the company was hired to complete the repair. The technician happened to be in the area of my home and was there within a half hour. He was very quick to get the repair done and gave me some advice for maintenance to perform on the garage doors. The total repair charge ended up being a little more than $300.00 but the work was done quickly and efficiently.

Mike Boyle arrived on time, knowledgeable, courteous, great workmanship. I am very satisfied and Precision Overheard Garage Door Service is now my new garage door service company, no longer will I use another garage door company. Plus, other company's charge a service fee for just showing up and it is very hard to get them to come out over the weekend etc., where as Precision does. Amy at the office was also very courteous. Great job. 5 star. Replaced broken torsion spring and cables. Goggled garage door repair and you came up first on the list. Liked the face that you were available 7 days per week and no extra charge for nights, weekends, and holidays. Also no service charge with repairs. Also, someone answered the phone right away and I got next day service. Keep up the great service.
