We are glad you chose our company for the repair; however we are sorry to hear you had concerns over the explanation of services that were completed. We understand you felt that there was something inconsistent with the price for the basic repair and warranty versus the full repair and extended warranty that it carried. Having taken a moment to review the invoice that had been provided at the time of our service, there were a few additional concerns that you chose not to address during our visit that can cause a striking reduction in proper operation of your doorâ??s systems. As a result of these multiple worn or failing parts, our trained and certified technician could easily foresee the high potential for future issues and our company just simply cannot provide a full warranty on any services completed considering the poor operating condition of the door. When additional needs may be present with a garage door, we may offer a full repair option to our clients. These full service repairs typically carry additional discounts and extended warranties and may address concerns clients might have been previously aware of with their door. We feel it is our responsibility, having been the company you chose to come and provide you a safe, functioning, and long lasting repair to make sure you know all the potential hazards and future issues your door may, or could already be, experiencing! Having chosen not to complete additional, recommended repairs is always our clientâ??s choice, and we are happy to honor that, but please understand that we just cannot provide full, long term warranties on repairs that may not last considering the poor condition of the other doorâ??s parts.
