john did an excellent job on the door. he noticed that the bearing on the right side of the door was failing and advised me that the single spring was at fault. I told him to do what was necessary to fix the problem and he did a great job. the door is so quiet now you can hardly hear it.

If you have a broken garage door spring, you are trapped! Precision came out first thing on Sunday morning and not only replaced the springs, but inspected the door and highlighted a couple other issues - worn bearings, frayed cables, and inadequate attachments of the opener to the door. All were corrected, the entire door was adjusted, lubed, and tested. Tom, the technician, made sure the opener limits were reset to adjust for the new attachments. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough, and explained everything to me carefully and answered all my questions.
