My garage door spring broke at 8:00 at night and Luke came out the next day in the specified time frame and walked me through what needed to be done in a friendly and professional manner. Your technician John was polite and knowledgeable. Although we did not have a big problem, he got the door going again and improved its operation. John made thoughtful suggestions about our door opener's warranty. If we do need repairs or replacement in the future, we will definitely call Precision.

We have used Precision for maintenance for our garage door. But today, the 29 yr old garage door got a broken coil. I called your company about 3:15 pm and approximately 1 hr later a technician named Robert( Garrett) came to our home. He explained our options and fixed the door. By 6:15 our garage door was operational. Robert was kind, respectful & knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with the repair. Thank you and keep up the good work.

The springs and opener rail came detached from the garage wall. This required significant repairs. John was very professional and a very good craftsman as this was not an ordinary fix. We are extremely happy with the results and very pleased with the way John handled it.

WE have used Precision before and have always been pleased with the service and the service tech. Today Robert was right on time, called me on my cell 20 minutes before to state he was enroute and showed at our door 20 minutes later. He is very engaging, has been with the company 5+ years, knows his stuff and was very informative and explanatory as to a couple of solutions to fix our problem. Very friendly receptionist took my call this morning, helpful and courteous. I was frustrated with my broken Torsion Spring and she kept me calm. Residential Technician Chris Pinnegar called me a few hours later, 15 minutes out, then showed up on time. Very clean cut and professional. Looked over my situation, explained the process, gave me an estimate and got to work. My particular springs ran about $200 a piece and that included installation. Although I could have ordered online for less, avoiding possible injury and me spending 2+ hours installing and dangerous loaded spring, I am glad I had Precision Garage Door Tech Chris complete the repair. I would highly recommend and I would use them again if the needed. Thank you Chris and thank you PGD.

Called and they came out the same day. Actually in just a few hours from my call. They were well groomed, polite, through and gave me options on what all the door required to prevent problems in the future. They were not a hard sale type and I felt I could trust them in what they were telling me. I made my choices and they began work. I had a broken spring on a double door and a few hinge problems. They went to work and before long I was able to open the door and get my car out. Highly recommend.

I SIMPLY CANNOT SAY ENOUGH TO FAIRLY RATE THIS COMPANY IN THE POSITIVE WAY THEY DESERVE. ITS BEEN ACOUPLE YEARS SINCE THEY INSTALLED OUR NEW DOUBLE DOOR AND WE CALLED THEM TO SOLVE A LOUD BANGING NOISE IN OUR DOOR WHICE HAPPENS RIGHT NEAR THE END OF TRAVEL WHEN THE DOOR IS GOING UP. A FAIRLY NEW EMPLOYEE RESPONDED BUT HE WAS UNABLE TO SOLVE OUR LOUD NOISE PROBLEM ON HIS OWN. UPONE HIM CALLING IN THE SITUATION, HIS SUPERVISOR CAME OUT IN TEN MINUTES TO HELP OUT. AFTER A BRIEF INSPECTION THE SENIOR SERVICEMAN QUICKLY FIGURED OUT THAT THE TRAVEL RAIL WAS SET TOO TIGHTLY AND HE HAD THE YOUNG TECH QUICKILY RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. GUESS WHAT... NO CHARGE FOR THIS REPAIR AT ALL. WE ARE VERY GREATEFL FORTHE COURTESY SHOWN TO US IN THIS CASE. THIS IS A FIRST CLASS COMPANY IN ALL RESPECTS.

Noah Geer was the technical engineer that came to me today. What a gem! I had tried everything I could thing of to get my garage door to close, as I was in a hurry to leave. Noah instantly discovered the problem. Today was trash day. Upon bringing the can in the garage, I bumped the sensor without noticing. It failed to make contact with the adjacent side. Noah was sweet, kind and never once did he make me feel inferior. This error was completely my fault and I have learned a lesson today from someone very caring.

The spring broke on my garage door. Precision has replaced it a little over three years ago with a 7 year guarantee. Your repair man, Chris, came on time and upon seeing that I had the guarantee replaced the spring at no cost to me and adjusted the door. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the work done.

Noah did a great job for us yesterday. He located the problem with the garage door( slow to open) and gave us his recommendations to correct that issue plus updating other parts to the door that were in need of replacement due to age/use.
