Arnold notified me when he was on his way and updated me just before arrival. This has been my former experience with this company on the two previous times they have been here. Arnold was courteous, made recommendations, and did the work efficiently. It's been years since I had to call the company back and am pleased that their level of service remains at the top notch. I had service technician Aidan Blanchette, at my home on Friday 1/16. My unit that was not working was an old Craftsman from 2009. Aidan, diagnosed my problem, explained to me my options for repair or replace, as well as pricing on new models. Made my decision, and he went to work. He impressed me with his knowledge of the job at hand, plus his working skills to make my repairs. Job Well Done. Same day service, much Appreciated.

This is the second time I have had a precision tech out, first to replace the garage door over 6 years ago, and second to as to repair the door. Like the last tech, this one was just as polite and professional. He walked me through the process and helped prioritize what needed to bed fixed and what can wait. Definitely recommend them for your garage repairs and/or replacement.

Our technician, Lewis Price provided great service! He called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was knowledgeable about our garage door model. He priced the replacement springs and bearings fairly. He was customer friendly and willing to answer my questions. He performed the service in a reasonable amount of time. I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Doors and their technician Mike Beckum. The installation of my new opener went quickly and Mike even programmed all my automobile remotes for me. My old opener was over 21 years old and long overdue for replacement as it had started to fail constantly. I am throughly pleased with my new system and it works flawlessly.

We had a new garage door opener installed and the key pad outside and the opener that is in the car in October 2025. Last night my husbands car opener didn't work. Also, the outside key pad sometimes didn't work. I called Precision today and a tech came within an hour. He fixed the car opener and replaced the key pad outside. I highly recommend Precision.

I was very pleased with the work that Jesus Dimasse performed to seal our garage door with new weather stripping. The Florida sun is brutal and after 7 years, it needed to be replaced. You installed our door 7 years ago and it is still in great shape, we will use you again when the time comes. Jesus was very professional and did a great job!! I also appreciated that he came out the same day I called for service!! Great start to 2026!!

I called on Christmas Eve when my motor started making some loud noises and hesitating. Jay came out within an hour and diagnosed the issues and was able to install a new motor and track same day. He did very neat work with all the wiring and installation. It works very well now and has been running smoothly. The receptionist who took my call and Jay both did an excellent job in taking care of everything so I could enjoy Christmas was my family. Thank you Precision, for the wonderful service!
