We became a customer of Precision Garage Door after Hurricane Helene destroyed the existing garage. One year later I received an email reminding me that it might be time to check on the garage door. I reached and scheduled an appointment and the technician arrived a couple days later, well within the 12-4pm window. Aaron, our tech, was personable and professional. He quickly surveyed the garage door, which has been working perfectly and noted that a simple re-lubing of the key parts was in order and he performed the service in 30 minutes. We discussed how to keep the garage door performing perfectly and I’ll be sure to follow his guidance. He mentioned that the garage was within the warranty so there would be no charge today. We all need a little good news and it was a pleasure to work with Aaron and Precision Garage Door. Six stars!!!!!!

The Precision Door technician, Mike Beckum did a great job installing an exterior keypad for my garage door. He also replaced the garage door controller in the inside. I now have an updated, convenient system. Mike explained everything to me and accomplished the task in a timely manner. I am so happy with the results.

I selected Precision to replace the garage motor and mechanism following the flood from the hurricane. They did a great job then and when my door would not open now, I called again and the spring needed to be replaced which was the original installation of the door. Adam did a great job and remembered being here before. He was very efficient and informative. Although the pricing is high, I feel it is a quality job and reliable!

My technician Phillip Hunter was amazing!!! I needed a broken spring replaced and he recognized that I was a veteran and replaced both springs for a substantial discount. I have used Precision for my garage doors in the past and found their technicians always professional, neat clean and courteous. There was an issue with our large RV garage door on our home that was installed when our home was built and the company used by the builder installed a residential garage door when a commercial door and all hardware should have been utilized. The techs made every effort to correct the issue but it appears that it may indeed need to be replaced with a commercial door. Precision has been very reasonable to apply the money spent to try to correct the door but are willing to install a new correct door and apply our recent costs to repair. Precision takes care of their customers as so many companies have been lax in doing so. If the occasion should arise please consider utilizing their services. Don

The appointment was efficient from start to finish. Our repairman, Jesus Dimasse, call right before coming and arrived timely. This is a big deal to me because I have to leave work to meet repairmen all the time and when they are not there when they say they will,....I am not happy about that. Additionally, Jesus, explained everything that was going on with our opener, explained our options, went over the cost of fix options, and then did the job. He even programmed all of our openers. Before he left, he went over the invoice, explained the warranty, and we were done! Thank you for a great job Jesus Dimasse!

Our garage was making a popping sound that was getting worse each day. My husband and I decided to call to schedule estimate and someone was at our house within the hour. Adam explained everything wrong with our door, ranked the items that needed to be fixed from most important to least, and answered all of our questions. Our door was fixed within 3 hours! Bonus, Adam was extremely kind, considerate of dinner time chaos with 2 young kids and a baby, and he did not mind the kids wanting to ask questions. Everyone we dealt with from the representative who came out to assess the job and the two gentlemen that did the actual instillation were professional and pleasant. I really appreciated that every called to confirm the appointment times and gave an ETA. Especially liked that they showed up as planned.
