Had Great Previous experience with Precision. No Different this service call. MY door was making a slamming sound on closing and would have this snap sound about 1/3 of the way open. My service person open and closed the door a couple times and said he knew what was wrong. Finding a honest and dependable business is a great pleasure. Chris showed up in the time window and was very professional. He went over the options in a clear and concise manner. I chose to get the new garage door opener with a battery back-up.
