I've used Precision Garage Door Service at least 2 other times and always have had a good experience with the service. This time was no different. It was Mother's Day weekend and my car was stuck in the garage because my garage door wouldn't open. Precision sent someone out on a Sunday within 6 hours of me calling and fixed the broken springs in a short time. No problem with trying to get me to do more than I could afford to do. In fact, gave me a good discount even though it was a weekend. The service person was especially nice, thorough, kind in his detailed explanation of what he would and could do to repair the door parts and let me make my decision without trying to make me purchase more than necessary. I will no doubt be calling again....I have 3 garage doors to keep in good working order.

Mike was very good and fast service. He explained the problem and checked the whole door. I will request him next time if possible. The service was very expensive for two safety lights at the bottom of the door. Still can’t see 250.00 for the repair.

Christopher Enlow was Great !!! Chris helped me diagnose the issue I had hearing a "cluncking" sound after lots of usage with my door opener. Chris determined that my "rail" needed replacing which resulted in a very quiet and smooth opening and closing operation. Not only that, Chris did a follow-up making sure I did not have any other issues. I feel very comfortable calling Precision Garage Doors and have recommended them to my family, friends and clients!
