Absolutely the best of all possible service!! I called at 1:30PM on Sunday to schedule an appointment - which I supposed would be later in the week. To my surprise, Orion Mancini called to say he was on they way and arrived a couple of hours later - on that same Sunday! Not only did Orion provided me a written estimate and keep me informed as the worked progressed, but he had everything he needed on the truck. By 6PM the garage door was once again operational. We are repeat customers of Precision. They do a great job, are on time and are very professional. Austin was our tech - we could not have asked for a more informed and hard working person. He quickly figured out what we needed, gave us several options price wise and was very honest in his assessment of what we should do. He proceeded to do a fairly extensive repair in the near 100 degree heat quickly and cleanly. So A+++ for both Precision and Austin

The two men that represented the company were wonderful! Where I was disappointed was in the pricing. When we made our appointment over the phone, we were told the springs would cost between $100-$300 per spring, that there was no service charge if the work is done the day of the visit, and that they would also give us a 5% Military Discount for our active duty status. After inspection, our springs turned out to be $300 each. Bummer, but and technically within what they had told us. There was also a Fleet Transportation Charge of $20. I called to ask what that was and after an extensive hold time, I was informed that was a standard fee on every invoice to have truck on-site equipped with the tools and materials needed to complete repairs. The obvious questions seems to be: how would the repairs be made if there were no tools or supplies? There didn't seem to be an answer to this so the receptionist said she would refund the fee. I did not bring up the fact that the Military Discount applied was not 5% either. It was a mere 4%, which I did not feel like bringing up. I'm happy with the work but disappointed in the way the invoicing and charges were managed. I didn't feel like it was particularly honest or transparent. If choosing to do business with them, just be aware of the fees and invoicing.

A tech by the name of Austin arrived when scheduled, was very friendly, polite and immediately got to work, clarifying my concerns and problems with my LIftmaster door opener. After checking some things and running some tests he determined that the problem was in the logic board. He gave me an estimate for replacement of the logic board and replacement of the entire Liftmaster unit as this opener is approximately 10 years old. All repair work was completed quickly and Austin made sure that both hand held remotes as well as the homelink in my Jeep were functioning properly.

We unfortunately ran into our garage door backing out as it was going up! The last thing we needed. It was later in the evening to top it off. I called Pricision and they were able to come the next morning! First time I used them. Luke did an outstanding job!!! He was very nice and professional! Refreshing! We did have to get a new opener because of the damage but he was able to repair the lower panel with new hardware. I also bought a code box for outside. He made sure I understood all the operations of newly installed items. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again in the future!

I am very pleased with Precision Garage Door. I couldn’t open my garage door due to a broken spring and other failed items . I called the company on Friday night and next day I had my garage door repaired . The technician, John Muller was very knowledgeable and very polite . Dear Jim Rapp, Oh, my heavens, I can't thank The Lord and your company enough for the miraculous gift of a functioning garage door!!! I called up last week, as I was "trapped inside my garage", meaning I couldn't open the antique door, with ONE ARM, as my left arm was in excruciating pain!! I had a Dr.'s appointment the next day to get this shoulder/arm thing further evaluated! I couldn't miss that appointment, so I called your company and Rebecca came out. One thing led to another and as I am "low-income", retired and on disability, I was blessed and gifted a brand new, white, working garage door so I can easily get in and out of the garage!! My family, (who is not yet Christian, ; D ) were shocked. They don't know the teachings of the Bible like we do! ; D !
