He talked me through the process of options I had and the advantages and disadvantages of both. I had my new garage door and opener installed this morning, and I am thoroughly happy with the result. From the initial meeting with the Sales Representative (Chris) to the two gentlemen who installed everything this morning, I was impressed by the professionalism they all exhibited. My initial meeting was very thorough and I received a detailed bid within hours and it was very fair. I was also impressed that the installers showed up actually a little early for the job (which made my day) and everything was installed so efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.

My door was a Precision product and has been in place about 20 years. A spring finally broke on a Saturday afternoon. I called and the service tech arrived within 2 hours. He did a good job and replaced 2 springs and all bearings. The door works well and I am satisfied.

I had a garage door opener that had been installed by Precision Door in 2020 that the WiFi control pad had quit working. I called Precision Door and they sent a technician to my home the same day. The technician (Arnold Simpson) was unable to correct the issue. Precision Door then replaced the garage door opener and all the remotes under the service warranty at no cost to me. Mr. Simpson was very professional, friendly and had the new products installed and working in around an hour. Precision Garage Door is a great company to deal with and I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

Garage door installed, works great. Came right out, I thought my old opener could be fixed, but was suggested that it be replaced with a new one. At first I was like, sure, of course you are going to say that. But after more information and reviewing the product, it was the right thing to do. Also was able to replace the keypad, which never worked before, and is very useful, a few days later we locked ourselves out of house and that was the way we were able to get in!! Would highly recommend!

A friend recommended we call Precision, and we did. I have absolutely no complaints. They were able to come out the next day to replace our springs that we've had since 1994, Orion was a pleasure to work with. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and patient with me and all of my questions. He never tried to push things that we didn't need. He was upfront and honest on items we should consider replacing and items that could wait. Hopefully we won't have to see them anytime soon, but if we do they will be the company we call.
