I was blown away by how well this went. I called and a tech was at my house in under an hour. He saw the problem and told me exactly what he could do to resolve the issue and gave me a quote of exactly what the price would be. Tech was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me great information. After I gave him the go-ahead he completed the work in approximately an hour and left my garage area cleaner than when he arrived. I am beyond thrilled. We all know we have seen the commercials --- it is so rare for them to be completely true .... but they are with Precision. Wow and wow!! I am a very satisfied customer!!! To Precision: Jesse Burns is a fantastic tech and extremely polite and professional. He represented your company incredibly well!!!

My garage door was not closing. It turns out that the safety eye device at the bottom of the door had been bumped and was out of alignment. The technician advised me to watch it in the future as even a small movement could causeca problem. He then checked out the door electronics. I was not charged a fee for the service and this was a Sunday afternoon.

The turn-around time from my initial call to installation was shocking and outstanding. I was a bit concerned about paying too much and wanted to get several quotes. When the tech arrived he was personable, extremely knowledgeable and did not try to sell me more than I needed. I trusted him, felt that he was being 100% truthful and the company warranty gave me all the confidence I needed to hire Precision on the spot without additional quotes from other companies. A very satisfying experience, from your sales/designer to your installers. Very professional and helpful. Melanie guided us through the design process and we ordered the door , when we had to go back north early Precision said no problem, they would store it until we returned to Dunedin. when I called and said we would be flying in for just a week they arranged to install the door on schedule. the installers were great. Very happy and would choose Precision again.

I picked Precision just like I pick any other service, that is, by word of mouth. I have received service from Precision on two occasions. The first was when a spring broke in 2019. I could not believe that a WONDERFUL technician named of Christian installed a new motor, springs, rollers, track, remotes, etc. on the 4th of July holiday! The next problem occurred on 23-Nov-2021 when my garage door would not go down due to a sensor problem. Within three hours of my telephone call to you, another WONDERFUL technician named Jesse Burns had remedied the problem! I would never consider any company other than Precision for any type of garage door repair !!

10 Stars! We had another wonderful experience with Precision Overhead Garage Doors! Our garage door spring broke around dinner time and we called the next morning at 8 when they opened. Both of our cars were STUCK inside our garage. We were thrilled when they arrived at 9:15am that very morning! Keith was incredibly professional, quick, knowledgeable and courteous. The only critic I have is for those of us that are protective and serious about being vaccinated, the people we are around, and the situations we put ourselves in...it would be nice if your installers/employees would always make sure they're vigilant about maintaining 6 feet -12 feet of contact from the home owners or best case scenario announce wether they are fully vaccinated.
