The tech was great and I appreciated his timeliness and knowledge. Our father passed away 3 weeks ago and my siblings and I are trying to handle his personal affairs. I inquired about a military discount on behalf of our father, but was told a discount only applies to motors. We were a little disappointed in that but overall the service was great.

We are very happy with the service we received from Christian. He was very thorough checking the entire garage door system to see what was wrong with it. He explained what all the problems were and the different options to either just fix the problem or replace the old and broken parts. He was extremely courteous and got everything done within a few hours. I don't know how one person can do all that work by themselves but he did a wonderful job. He showed us many different things with the new garage door system. Christian is a great technician and if you can request him I would definitely recommend it.

The closing on the sale of my house was one day away, and the new keypad on the garage door that was installed the day before would not work.(not installed by Precision). When I called your company and asked the receptionist what the cost would be to replace a broken spring she told me it would be anywhere from $65.00 to $120.00 per spring. I scheduled an appointment and the Tech came and looked at the problem and gave me 3 choices of which the least expensive would be $532.00. He also said the bearings needed to be replaced. My question is if I got the least expensive springs how can the bearings cost an additional $400.00.

We had a broken spring. Our technician was Christian and was very professional and helpful, we would highly recommend your company and will always use you when needed! He not only addressed the broken spring, but also check out everything else with our garage door and all components. He provided detailed options and explained everything very well and helped in our decision to have replaced what was needed and now have an excellent running system, of which includes a 3/4 horse powered Lift Master, better for our size and weight door than the old (12 years old) 1/2 horse powered unit, new springs, a very important bracket that was missing he also installed for us; rollers, new key pad and remotes (even took the time to explain how new system operates)complete great system, of which we feel very pleased about, so nice! We new our decision was the right one and know it will last. He was prompt, courteous and very efficient, a joy to meet!! Again.... thank you so very much!!!

Excellent customer service. Christian wrote 3 repair suggestions and explained each in detail. My repair was chain and spring, service time one hour. I will definitely ask for Christian again when service or repair is needed.
