I was blown away by how well this went. I called and a tech was at my house in under an hour. He saw the problem and told me exactly what he could do to resolve the issue and gave me a quote of exactly what the price would be. Tech was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me great information. After I gave him the go-ahead he completed the work in approximately an hour and left my garage area cleaner than when he arrived. I am beyond thrilled. We all know we have seen the commercials --- it is so rare for them to be completely true .... but they are with Precision. Wow and wow!! I am a very satisfied customer!!! To Precision: Jesse Burns is a fantastic tech and extremely polite and professional. He represented your company incredibly well!!!

I picked Precision just like I pick any other service, that is, by word of mouth. I have received service from Precision on two occasions. The first was when a spring broke in 2019. I could not believe that a WONDERFUL technician named of Christian installed a new motor, springs, rollers, track, remotes, etc. on the 4th of July holiday! The next problem occurred on 23-Nov-2021 when my garage door would not go down due to a sensor problem. Within three hours of my telephone call to you, another WONDERFUL technician named Jesse Burns had remedied the problem! I would never consider any company other than Precision for any type of garage door repair !!

This review is a five star only because ten stars was not an option. What a great company, our technician Jesse was not only on time with a great attitude but he was also completely knowledgeable and prepared for whatever was needed. I must say, I have never seen a garage door operate as smoothly and quietly as ours does now. This is a very well run company and you can tell from the first call to first arrival to end result. Unfortunately this review simply cannot express how happy I am for using Precision but is my intention to share my experience with you so you too can know the feeling of sharing your new home with family and friends with the garage door being the first highlight you show them. Best service ever , My technician Jesse Burns arrived early and got right to work . Made his assessment and discussed with me his findings and recommendations.
