10 Stars! We had another wonderful experience with Precision Overhead Garage Doors! Our garage door spring broke around dinner time and we called the next morning at 8 when they opened. Both of our cars were STUCK inside our garage. We were thrilled when they arrived at 9:15am that very morning! Keith was incredibly professional, quick, knowledgeable and courteous. We will highly recommend Precision to all of our family and friends!

We Would highly recommend this company for any issue involving a garage door* The representative -Keith Allen came out and guided us through what he felt was needed making sure our garage door would work properly in the future-*our door is 10 years old and Although working had not been maintained. Called Precision this morning and right away an appointment was set up on same day! I love it! No waiting for days or so. This is the second time I have used this company first time to install 2 new doors and both times it was a pleasure to have such a great team of people at my home and on the phone The lady who was so helpful said the Technician would ring 30 minutes out from getting to me which he did when he came he looked everything over gave me a quote and got the job done he was professional . Keith was so nice and informative on how to help maintain our garage door. He was on time and knew right away what the issue was and it was fixed and back to working within 20 minutes. Christian also came out a year ago and installed new springs and other parts and we were very pleased with that job as well. I will always use them for any garage door needs. I had this door installed five years ago I’ve already replaced the springs and then today the bracket pulled out from the opener from the door and you wanted to sell me a new bracket for 125 reason being is the door is hur Hurricane door which is very heavy and the screws pulled out which he stated it was not your problem if you install have a door wouldn’t you upgrade the bracket you’re operating a scam

I requested a repair of a spring. The spring was replaced under warranty at, no cost. I was surprised their was no up sales to this request. The repair was completed at no cost, with no up sales. They stand by their service. This is not the first the I have had service completed by Precision. I'm very happy with their service.
