Arrived on time for scheduled appointment. We had issues with our garage door opener. Was given a few options to repair or replace the opener along with pricing for all. Elected to replace the garage door opener which as very old. Installation was completed within an hour. Big Kudos to Precision and their team. I would highly recommend using them for all your garage needs.

We were pleased the door was fixed however it felt as if the tech didn’t want to assist us. He kept telling us we could look up the instructions on you tube on how to reset the battery. Amazing service. I used a competitor in the past. My door came off the rails and I had to call the competitor 3 times. On the 3rd time, I actually got someone on the phone who's only response was "we are busy" and proceeded to grudgingly take my order. Not wanting to spend my money on a business who clearly doesn't care about their customer, I called Precision. Precision answered my call promptly sent Keith out. Keith was friendly and competent and got me up and running. Very impressed.

We chose Precision because we had used you before to have a new garage door placed on another home a few years ago. Your company is TOP KOTCH! Keith arrived promptly and proceeded to listen to me explaining what the problem was. He then began to address my concerns, even though I asked him to do more by installing a new motor. Keith was very professional and personable and didn't hesitate to complete the job on the spot. I can only say I wish every service company conducted themselves in that manner. This is the second time I've used Precision. Back in November 2016 they replace a garage door opener for me. Today they replaced the springs on my garage door and added bracing which was necessary to repair damage to the door. Keith was the technician providing the service both times. He was efficient, very professional, and explained everything about the work he was doing. I will not hesitate to call this company again if the need ever arises. They are the best.
