Keith handled my service. This is the second time he's been to our house to do service within the last few years. He was excellent and explained everything in detail. He was very efficient and professional. He seemed to be able to balance the customer service duties well while also working to train a technician who was with him. Keith was a pleasure. Our garage door opener wore out after 15 years. I called Precision after having an excellent previous experience with them. I asked if they could come the next day and he arrived as scheduled in the morning. He replaced the opener with a belt driven one that is so smooth and quiet you can barely hear it instead of it shaking the entire house. The technician was very professional and quick. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

Today is the second time we have used Precision (the first time was 3 years ago for spring repair) and the second time we have had Keith for our technician. This time we replaced the garage door opener/key pads and had the door, springs, etc. serviced. Keith is a terrific technician. He seems very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, works judiciously and has a very pleasant demeanor. We would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them -- and Keith -- to others!
