We were having issues with our door opening buy it self and or immediately opening as soon as it closed. Very strange. The person (Michael) who showed up the next day after my garage door opener quit working was very professional and helpful. Since my opener was over 20 years old, parts are hard to get and the rep showed me the options available to me. Michael gave me the options and warranties each had and the cost for each. I chose a 3/4 horsepower opener with a belt drive and I am extremely pleased with it. It is very quiet and has a long warranty. This is important to me since I am a senior citizen who doesn't want to mess with a garage door opener not working every year.
