My spring broke on a Sunday, called them at 6:30 Sunday evening, a live body answered the phone and scheduled me for the next day. They were at my house by 8:30 the next morning and were done in an hour. Outstanding service, couldn't give them a higher recommendation.

Why are your prices on springs and belts so high? On liftmaster web page they are both less than $80.00. Belts were worn out, had to Purchased new springs because tech would not balance door with old springs. “Company Policy”.
