The service tech came out and I could tell that he was just trying to sell and not fix. He did not even look at anything, he told me he could not even open the door. He quoted me over $800. Said the spring was broke and the motor was burnt out. He also said for twice as much he would be better material and longer warranty. He was so nervous talking to me. I told him to give me quotes and had him leave. I then called another company and they came out, Opened my door, replaced the sring and said the motor was just fine. All fixed for under $350. I do not recommend this place - pure con job!

We found the service was great! Jack did an amazing job fixing our door. He was very thorough and we were very impressed with his work. We really liked the communication between the company and the client before the visit. It was very professional and we really liked that we knew what our service person looked like which was very comforting. We would recommend them to anyone. Great job!

After using repair service XX, I called Balco this morning only to hear a busy signal for over 1 1/2 hours. Fortunately, I googled garage door repair and selected Precision. Glad I did, Joshua Figueroa and his helper showed up and provided a through inspection. They offered several options to get me back up and operating. I chose the most expensive, because it came with a 7 year warranty for parts and labor. They did a great job, I felt comfortable with the end result, certainly worth the additional cost of bringing the entire back to premium operating condition. Its so QUIET now.

I have done business with Precision Door five or six times over the 21.5 years I have lived at this residence. Always been happy with the service and the company reps that come. Yesterday Bryan and Stewart fit that same mold very curteous and very good at what they were doing. Made repairs timely and since I was on a time crunch they helped me meet my goals. i had a broken cable on one side of the door. I had a broken cable many years ago. We did not replace years ago but we did yesterday. I did not think that was warranted based on the age of the spring. Ended up also changing the winders the cable runs on because new cables were thicker and required a winder winder. that repair then required a new spring. Just felt I had extra expense that wasn't necessary. Both men were professional, friendly and good. But in the end I felt I spent more money than was needed for the repair.

Another OUTSTANDING experience with the company. Called this morning to get an appointment to adjust the upper and lower limit on door opener. The very professional receptionist (courtney) scheduled for today between 1-5 pm. The service tech (Shane) arrived at 1230. He was very courteous as well as professional. The adjustments were made and were even covered under warranty. Thanks all, very pleasant experience start to finish.

First off, I work in Orlando and live in Tampa, so finding out you offer a 6pm-10pm time slot for appointments was wonderful. I chose that option. After receiving a conformation call that he was :15 Min away, your Technician, Shane, slipped in like Batman, under cover of darkness, to right the wrongs of the previous installer. I don't question the quality of work or the service provided by Precision. In fact, I have used the company in the past. I DO have an issue with the "bait and switch" advertising on your website, promoting the $899 special. The garage door pictured in the ad clearly shows a door with windows (Sunray), right next to the $899 price. As I suspected, this is NOT the door that's available for $899 and in fact, the door in the picture is actually double the price ($1800). Very misleading and a classic marketing sham. We haven't made a decision on a door purchase yet but this episode just leaves me with a bad feeling.

Wolf was very nice and overly efficient! He only had to put A wheel back in its track, but went above and beyond. He made sure everything was tight and functioning properly, as well as lubed all the moving parts. 5 stars for employee Wolf as well as Precision for prompt same day service!
