The first contact with the person setting up the appointment to the tech David Crowe was truly five star all the way. I called at about 1:30 pm and was told I would have a tech today between 2 and 6pm. David Crowe was the tech who kept me informed when he would be arriving. He called me once and gave me an idea of when he would be here. then called again giving me fifteen minute to arrival. He arrived as promised and was most professional from the moment he arrived till he left. He asked me what was wrong. He told me that he would figure it out. He then spoke to me explaining what needed to be done and began the work right away. He completed the work and made sure I understood what he had done and how to operate the new equipment. He made sure my door opener worked and my car was programmed correctly too. He also showed me how to lube the system once a year and left me a can of lube. Before he left we wanted to make sure I had no questions and was satisfied with everything. Your company was wonderful and will refer to all my friends and will always use your company.

I had an excellent tech, Kevin C. He went out of his way to install a new motor and provided me with options. As excellent as he was, the customer service was absolutely horrible. I have two homes, and we installed this new door as a safety feature since I often come to this house alone and want to drive right in and close the garage door. I'm a 66 year old woman and feel vulnerable being here alone. When my garage door wouldn't close, my entire house was open to whoever wanted to come in. Two different people at customer service continued to tell me I would have to wait until tomorrow. I explained that my house was wide open and that I could not sleep there exposed, nor could I leave the house wide open and go to my other home. They continued to switch me to other people who told me the same thing. Finally I asked to speak with a manager and pointed out that we went with precision because they provide emergency service. She did manage to find someone, Kevin, who came out within the hour. I spent more than an hour, beginning at 1pm and continuing until 1:50 arguing with customer service that I need it done today. I was very disappointed with the people at customer service, but I do give 5 stars to Kevin C. who was extremely efficient and courteous.

Five Stars all the way! We came home from vacation to find our spring was broken, the door was too heaving to lift manually and we had two cars stuck in our garage. At noon we called the number on the sticker from a previous service call four years ago and there was a technician at our house by 6:30. The tech was Wesley Allen and he could not have been nicer or more courteous. He explained the process, provided the cost options and the work was done within an hour. The process could not have done any better.

I was very pleased with the services I received yesterday. It was definitely a 5 . He determined the problem and replaced the door control and gave me a quick tutorial. I asked if it would be possible to install a back up battery for the door opener. He not only said it was possible but he installed it immediately. Terrific service

I received excellent service today from Jose and the lady who answered the phone when I called around noon today. My husband accidentally hit our garage door with his car so we couldn't put door down. The technician, Jose came out 4 hours later and we very sympathetic. I thought it was a fair price and he was done in 45 minutes. My motor is 20 years old but it is still working so he suggested that we wait till it finally goes out. He easily could have told me that I needed it immediately. I will only call Precision Door Service/Jose for any future needs. Great company and service!!!

Keith was so nice and informative on how to help maintain our garage door. He was on time and knew right away what the issue was and it was fixed and back to working within 20 minutes. Christian also came out a year ago and installed new springs and other parts and we were very pleased with that job as well. I will always use them for any garage door needs. Highly highly highly recommend them!

As promised, Isak called and said he was on his way and would be at my house in 25-30 minutes which he was. Showed him the broken spring, he gave me options on spring types (good, better, best). From arrival to departure, Isak was there just under an hour. His professionalism, work and ability to deal with all my questions was awesome! Thank you, Isak!

The garage doors springs where both replaced without any issues. Tech was very knowledgeable. Respectful and friendly. He also was a perfectionist like me. Only negative thing I must share is the price. $800 for 2 springs and bearings is WAY Over priced. Granted I opted for upgraded springs but last time I replaced it only cost me 300 and the springs were also high strength. A fair price would have been 500.

YESTERDAY THE MRS & I CAME HOME ABOUT 3 PM, PULLED INTO THE GARAGE, CLOSED THE OVERHEAD & HEADED INTO THE HOUSE WHEN A RATHER LOUD "THUMP" OCCURRED SOMEWHERE IN THE GARAGE, AFTER FURTHER INSPECTION I SAW THAT THE MAIN "LEFT" SPRING HAD BROKEN. I CALLED PRECISION FROM THE TELE # ON YOUR STICKER FROM LAST YEAR & GOT A NEXT DAY TIME APPOINTMENT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE SPRING ! WHOMEVER I TALKED TO ON THE PHONE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE & ASSURING, GIVING ME A NEXT DAY (SAT) SERVICE & TIME. SWITCH TO SAT 7/20, RECEIVED AN INTRODUCTORY CALL FROM YOU TECH, DAVID CROWE, INTRODUCING HIMSELF & ASSURING HE WOULD BE THERE SHORTLY !! THIS YOUNG MAN WAS EXCEPTIONALLY POLITE, ASSURED HE COULD & WOULD GET THE JOB DONE, WE SPOKE OF LAST YEARS PRECISION EVALUATION OF OUR DOOR.
