He did not try to "up-sell" me but rather, provided choices so In could make an informed decision. As he diligently worked, I was grateful that he answered my questions which provided me an appreciation for his craft and knowledge. Keith Allen was our service technician. He was very courteous and professional. Called the house when he was on the way with an estimated arrival time. Arrived assessed the broken springs, advised me of our option. Spring repair with a new garage door opener install. Great job. We will be calling for a new garage door when the time arises. previous rep installed wrong part making the door unable to be kept open during power outage but current rep found the mistake and corrected it. Door is now operable during power outage. current rep also inspected and installed new battery that also did not operate during power outage. Hopefully no future problems creating hazardous condition. Otherwise satisfied with the service.

Precision Garage Door has got to be the best choice! Their installers were here early 9 am and had the door installed in less than two hours, explained everything about the three remotes, yes one for your car, one next to the outside of the door and one inside by the inner house door. Three ways and positions to control your door. I was not expecting that. If power goes out door slides up by hand very easy. Has vacation mode and good light. Friendly and courteous. My garage door would not stay down after a power outage when power was restored. The technician (Carlos) explained that the system had "learned" a new up/down procedure with the door unattached to the mechanism and he reprogrammed the door and explained how to prevent this from happening in the future if there is a power outage. There was no charge for this. I was quite satisfied.

John Papas did a great job fixing our garage door at a very busy time in advance of Hurricane Irma. Our spring broke on Tuesday night, causing the cable to come loose from the spool. By Thursday afternoon we were back in action. Excellent job and excellent response time! Thanks!

Very happy with the service. Craig was efficient and very knowledgeable. The only reason I gave a 4 star was because on the phone I was quoted $60 to $120 for a broken spring. It ended up costing us $278.00 because we have 2 springs. We should have been asked over the phone how many springs we have because then I would have shopped around to make sure the price was comparable to other companies. Only 1 spring was broken but was told both needed to be replaced by tech.

We decided to call Precision the very first time after calling another company who do not come out on weekends and called again since someone had come out before and both times we were not disappointed, John T did an excellent job on installing both garage doors openers, was very professional, very likeable, very approachable and very polite young man, gave good tips on maintaining the springs and other good advice.
