I really knew I made the right decision to call Precision after Alejandro determined my spring was worn out. Watching that huge door drop like a ton of rocks when he pulled the cord to disengage the opener shocked me. Someone could have been killed and at the very least the door would have been damaged terribly. He and Bob put the new spring and other parts (rollers, drums, sensors, cables) in quickly and I got to work on time. And when he went to replace the battery in the outdoor keypad at my request and inadvertently broke a wire, he and Bob replaced my keypad free of charge! Thanks Precision!

WOW!!!! We made a service call late Friday, and they scheduled appointment between 6-8 pm. Noah was our service tech. He called us before arriving at the scheduled time. He recognized the problem right away and gave us several options. This young man was one of the "best" tech for any kind of service we have had over the years. The service is a little pricey, but we went with it because of Noah's honest opinion to fix the problem. He was absolutely thomrough going over everything he did, and explained operation of new opening system installed, plus we also added a new Linear garge door opener. Noah is a very young man, but he knows what he is doing. He is extremely professional, polite, and extremely efficient doing his work. Precision Garage Door is pricey, but you pay for quality work.

Matt did a fine job fixing our garage door. He explained what needed to be done, gave us three offers on fixing it. We took the five year warranty. He was also a very clean, polite young man that knew what he was doing. Did not have his ear glued to a phone, instead he did his job!

We have seen your ad on TV. We were impressed with how quickly we were able to get service, in fact arrived sooner than expected which was great. The service Tech Noah was a very polite and explained what was causing the problems with both doors.He went over everything with us including coast of repairs to be made. Called for repair for broken spring, but so much was wrong with our garage door. Everything was old, worn, and original to the house (20 years). We had more things done to the door than I am able to check off here. Jordan was our technician and he was excellent! First, he was polite and professional and gave us several options. When I started asking about fixing and replacing other things he was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured but had a lot of confidence in Jordan and his recommendations for us. I loved that he already had all of the supplies (with choices) that we needed and wanted. Did I mention that this all took place on Super Bowl Sunday?! Jordan did such an outstanding job and we could not be happier with the total outcome!! By the way, our garage door opener and rollers used to be so noisy that the neighbors probably hated every early morning that we were leaving. It is whisper quiet now and running like a dream. It's the little (big) things in life that make it better! Thank you to Jordan (give this guy a bonus) and Precision!! Highly recommend.

The experience started off well with professionals doing a good job with replacing our garage door. They even included the insulation for free after some confusion over the original order. I have now gone through yet another failed attempt with a county inspection because the permitting company's (Gulf Coast Permitting) inability to supply the required documentation to complete the job. Precision Garage needs to find a different company to do take care of the permitting process. This has now been going on for 5 months and I have wasted several precious vacation days because of it.

Noah's visit was to install a keypad, which he did. He also noticed the age of my garage door opener , we talked, he quoted me a price, and then he replaced the motor.
