Joe was great. Knows his stuff. Lets you know what might be best for the door, but doesn't try to push you into the decision. You have to respond in the positive when he handles things like that. Could not show that on the last item in this review because the list did not include or allude to what was installed.

I called to have our door looked at because it was making a lot of crackling/snapping sounds. Tech arrived and took a look at the door. He said it looks in excellent condition. I had informed him that 2 months ago the door was painted and the noise started immediately after the painters had gone. He assessed that the paint was sticking together between the panels and thus caused the noise every time it opened and closed. Will have to get the painters to come back and somehow remove the paint that got between the panels. Thanks Precision Door for your input.

Precision technician (John Pappas) was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided exceptional and professional service repairs with helpful maintenance recommendations for a longer door life. All this was on a Football Sunday at 3pm and called actually that very morning for a service call appointment. No special fees, the repair bill would have looked the same on a Wednesday morning. Very satisfied and definitely recommend this company.

previous rep installed wrong part making the door unable to be kept open during power outage but current rep found the mistake and corrected it. Door is now operable during power outage. current rep also inspected and installed new battery that also did not operate during power outage. Hopefully no future problems creating hazardous condition. Otherwise satisfied with the service.

Precision Garage Door has got to be the best choice! Their installers were here early 9 am and had the door installed in less than two hours, explained everything about the three remotes, yes one for your car, one next to the outside of the door and one inside by the inner house door. Three ways and positions to control your door. I was not expecting that. If power goes out door slides up by hand very easy. Has vacation mode and good light. Friendly and courteous.
