We have seen your ad on TV. We were impressed with how quickly we were able to get service, in fact arrived sooner than expected which was great. The service Tech Noah was a very polite and explained what was causing the problems with both doors.He went over everything with us including coast of repairs to be made. It was a positive experience and would recommend their service to others. Thanks Precision for being so helpful. Called for repair for broken spring, but so much was wrong with our garage door. Everything was old, worn, and original to the house (20 years). We had more things done to the door than I am able to check off here. Jordan was our technician and he was excellent! First, he was polite and professional and gave us several options. When I started asking about fixing and replacing other things he was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured but had a lot of confidence in Jordan and his recommendations for us. I loved that he already had all of the supplies (with choices) that we needed and wanted. Did I mention that this all took place on Super Bowl Sunday?! Jordan did such an outstanding job and we could not be happier with the total outcome!! By the way, our garage door opener and rollers used to be so noisy that the neighbors probably hated every early morning that we were leaving. It is whisper quiet now and running like a dream. It's the little (big) things in life that make it better! Thank you to Jordan (give this guy a bonus) and Precision!! Highly recommend.

The service was performed in a timely manner and the recommendations to correct problem was completed. The service tech was very thorough and explained what needed to be done now and suggested what needed to be done at a later date..he was very nice and explained any discounts available..he replaced the spring, rollers,and bearing less then 2 hrs. The experience started off well with professionals doing a good job with replacing our garage door. They even included the insulation for free after some confusion over the original order. I have now gone through yet another failed attempt with a county inspection because the permitting company's (Gulf Coast Permitting) inability to supply the required documentation to complete the job. Precision Garage needs to find a different company to do take care of the permitting process. This has now been going on for 5 months and I have wasted several precious vacation days because of it.

Noah's visit was to install a keypad, which he did. He also noticed the age of my garage door opener , we talked, he quoted me a price, and then he replaced the motor. Impressive. Our two chain drive door openers were 15 years old and replacement parts unavailable. Noisy, sometimes sticking and slipping. Studied replacement options for months and finally called Precision. Tomislav (Tomi) arrived that afternoon, assessed the situation, discussed level or service/replacement options and together we made the decision to replace both units and the aging door springs. Can't say enough about Tomislav. Professional, articulate, and knowledgeable. He replaced both units, all door springs, worked until 8PM, cleaned up everything and provided a 7-year warranty for the units and his work. Units now operate better, and quieter, than when new. Well Done.
